As others have said here, my "rare" burger came out medium, so I'm sure glad I didn't leave it as the default medium. The burger was a little too salty but otherwise solid and full of flavor like good meats and toppings ought to be. The onion rings were not all that great - solid breading that drowns out the onion, and you don't get a lot for $8 (plus dipping sauces cost extra, unless you just take a ketchup or mustard packet). Verdict: I like this restaurant, but it's not enough to draw me back here or any other Filling Stations (all in authentic garages) without two changes: * When providing high quality meats, please cook burgers thick instead of thin so that they can come out actually rare for the best taste. * There were no prices in the liquor menu. I'm not even going to try ordering a beer (or other) if you don't tell me the cost up front.

My company hired this truck to serve at our Grand Opening event and it was incredible!…read more Everyone thought it was a great idea and the sweet treats were perfect for the end of a humid night. John, the owner, is so cordial and easygoing as well. I personally corresponded with him throughout the time leading up to the event to coordinate and I have to say, the name 'sweetguy' is very appropriate for him and his business. He came out to our headquarters last year as well for a different kind of event, but this year was about 400 additional guests and he handled it flawlessly. I wouldn't trust any other truck to provide this service for our company. He will always be our go-to ice cream guy.
