Hot food options change daily, and always include both meat AND vegetarian options. In the morning you'll find waffles, breakfast burritos, and standard breakfast items like eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, etc. For lunch, some of my favorite meals were the chile relleno, grilled fish & veggies, and spaghetti with French bread. To drink, the cafeteria features fresh fruit waters, a soda fountain, hot coffee machine, and bottled drinks. To round it all out, their cold cases have grab & go options like yogurt, salads, desserts, and ice cream satisfy your hunger when you need something quick.
