Saritas has been our go to place for good Mexican Food for years. Saritas has breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. The servers know us well and greet us, we typically eat there once or twice per week. Their salsa is fresh and delicious (fresh roasted tomatoes and jalapeños) however the spice level can vary depending on the jalapeños peppers they use. Chips and salsa are free. Fresh made tortillas are a great addition to their meals. Their Spanish rice and refried beans are delicious, I could have just rice and beans with flour tortillas and be perfectly satisfied. For Breakfast, the Chorizo and eggs is my favorite served with rice and beans (country potatoes are an option) with corn or flour tortillas. My wife enjoys their pancakes. I enjoy their Coffee as well. For Lunch from 11AM to 3PM, they have several combination specials, but I like their red burrito. A meat filled (choice of carnitas, carne asada, shredded beef, chili Colorado and more) burrito covered with enchilada sauce and cheese served with Spanish rice, refried beans and a small salad with sour cream and guacamole. Carnitas dinner is another great choice. My wife loves their deep fried or grilled shrimp, but her favorite dish lately has been the chile rellanos. This is a hole in the wall joint, just good food at a decent price. Due to its popularity, we try to go during off hours between the crowds. After reading some of the one-star reviews I was disappointed, but noticed the number of reviews is relatively few for the number of customers this restaurant serves. Yes, if they are busy, service can suffer as they may only have one or two servers working both the customers in the restaurant and all the takeout orders. Are they perfect every time, of course not. However being local and wanting to support a good local restaurant, we understand the difficulties in running a popular business and a little inconsistency is expected. Unfortunately prices have gone up over the years as inflation impacts everyone. read more

Service was excellent and attentive. We arrived on a Saturday early afternoon at 11:30. Had too many people there. Lots of parking in the lot as well. As soon as we arrive, we are given chips and salsa. The salsa was very mild so I added some hot sauce to it and it was perfect. We were offered coffee and the cream comes in those little small plastic, unrefrigerated creamers. I ordered a chorizo huevos rancheros. When you call Uber Eats their number either states they don't except calls or they hang up. When you try the corporate office number it answers as a ticket site. Once again we have been charged for items we did not receive and it seems we are out the money. Saritas is not a good restaurant to order from. I had a soft shell carne asada taco, a hard shell chicken taco, and a chicken taquito along with rice and beans. First of all, the soft shell carne asada taco was edible and okay tasting, but seemed to be lacking flavor and seasoning. It tasted a little on the bland side. The hard shell chicken taco had lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour creme. The chicken tasted well- seasoned and moist, and the toppings within the hard shell taco added a punch to make the taco very appetizing and me yearning for another bite. Unfortunately, the rice and beans were standard fare, adding little flavor and tasted pretty average bordering on forgettable. However, the chicken taquito was the best taquito I've ever tasted. The moist, flavorful, well-seasoned chicken inside the perfectly crunchy outer layer made the taquito taste delectable and appetizing. The taquito wasn't too heavy on the grease, so it tasted light, yet satisfying. I'd compare the chicken taquitos to Pringles - you just can't have one. read more

They are thieves . I went there with my boyfriend for lunch . I forgot my purse in the chair where I sat down where nobody could see it but the waitress . When I found out I was missing my purse about an hour after I left, called and told them I had left my purse there but They said they didn't see anything there . There was a camera right in front of me I asked the owner if I could see the cameras he said he could do it after he saw the Camaras he refused to let me see the video. Why? Because the waitress there was his nephew . He said he could see everything but nobody took any purse . He told the sheriffs he was ok with letting us watching the video but after he saw the video he changed his mind . Why ? Because the waitress there was his niece he didn't want to get her in trouble . I had an air tag in my purse and it was telling me my purse was there . When I went there they looked very suspicious of course they didn't want to return an Apple Watch that was in my purse plus all my credit cards and cash. They are thieves thieves thieves . That was my first time there and last food wasn't good at all. No flavor. I will never go back there . Service is not that great either. Two thumbs down . The owners and workers there are thieves, don't go there, they are not honest people. I went to this location with my friend to eat and I had ordered egg with nopales which I normally love this specific time I took one bite and spit it out because it was so bad. I asked the waitress if I could get a replacement and all she did was start giving me attitude and refused to change my food. This place is top-notch. The food is amazing, the people are on-task and super cool. Sure, it would be nice to get my bunions rubbed and be told I'm pretty. But it's just not that kind of place. I understand that and I respect it (there's a guy that hangs out in front of CVS a few doors down that will rub your bunions free of charge, and for an extra fee will tell you you're pretty. How much he charges depends on how much he has to lie in order to tell you how pretty you are. Suffice to say he charged my friend a buck and me twelve bucks. On numerous occasions she has gone out of her way to be rude/snotty. So yesterday, I called to place an order and the phone was not working. I went in to place my order and mentioned that the phone was not connecting. Just an FYI to them in case they hadn't noticed. She proceeds to run down the problem and everything else it was effecting, credit card machine, Ect. I took a seat outside to wait for my order. She proceeds to start talking crap about me and the fact that they "of course knew the phone was a problem. She was extremely condescending, as she would occasionally make eye contact with me through the window. Her kids were as rude as she was. If she's working we will not be utilizing this restaurant.
