In talking to him,he was telling me that his family owns multiple Mexican small shops like this in the Juarez Mexico area and El Paso Texas area.Says that all the shops use the same recipe for their hot sauce that is served with the burritos. Once the burrito arrived,it was both heavy and warm.Once I cut it open,I was able to appreciate the craftsmanship of this burrito in all its chorizo,egg,potato and cheese glory-it was beautiful.
