For the past 21 months, I've spent over Two thousands dollars just trying to obtain a good prescription for my contacts and glasses without any success. I finally went to SVS on Mack, explained my dilemma and the doctor immediately knew what to do to correct my vision. After two hellish years of blurred vision and seeing two other eye doctors, I'm seeing clearly again with my contacts and glasses without the need for reading glasses. I received excellent service from a young lady named Lindsey. She promptly helped me with my purchase of two pair of prescription glasses. She's was very detailed, and answered all of my concerns. I did not receive the same service from the gentleman that took my phone call. He was very rushed and a little unprofessional. The exam went great. The Optometrist was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Carolyn was beyond AMAZING! I was in need of an optical exam on short notice, so I called my primary location in Fraser. They weren't available on the short notice. However, they called over to this location. This location accepts walk ins and the service is top notch. The whole staff seemed more than willing to offer advice and help with any questions or concerns I was having. Little frustrated because I purchased two frames with lens and one came in and the script is off. 2 weeks in, and the other set hasn't come in and no one knows why. Still waiting and frustrated. Usually this location's customer service is wonderful and reliable. But last year, my trial contact lens never came in, so I got the reimbursement after waiting 2 months. Hope this isn't the same.
