This place is always hit or a miss but it really sucks when you spend over 30$ and not even to get what you paid for, I always have them missing to add the Carmel drizzle half the time it feels like my drink was just thrown together and not made with care the passed few times I have gone here, my drink it self is over 10$ so I don't see the point to keep spending my money to not get what I have paid for or to be satisfied with my drink anymore. read more

Swigg is the BEST! Staff is friendly & competent, drinks are always a solid 5/5, & their online ordering system (via the Toast Takeout app) is a HUGE timesaver. I treat myself to Swigg on the way to class at CBC & it's always worth the quick detour off the highway. Very glad that Swigg exists. For a long time, I felt like the only convenient locations for coffee on my route to school were commercially-owned & basic. Swigg provides an opportunity for me to be able to support local AND get a better coffee--all in one stop. I am so excited for them to open up a second location out in West Richland! Looking forward to it. If you haven't had a chance to try them out, I highly recommended! P.S. One of my favorite espresso drinks to order here is a Cortado. Even though they don't have this item listed on the menu, they are always willing to go out of their way to make one for me. That being said, you can have complete confidence that the crew at Swigg will be able to modify drink order requests with perfect execution (this is not a universal characteristic that all coffee shops share-they're just awesome). Every single employee here was incredibly kind- and the coffee we ordered was PHENOMENAL. We both got one of their new seasonal pumpkin lattes with white coffee. I previously left a review mentioning that I disliked that they seemed to change their espresso to a light roast. It seems they have since returned to a darker roast, and I am happy to say that it's much better! Their service is always great, and they seem to take pride in our community which I greatly appreciate. I also love that I can get hot and delicious food that has be sourced from other local businesses. My only complaint is I wish there were more locations! Was excited to give this place a try. It's local and convenient. Pulled up, waited 8 minutes, while the owner chatted with the car in front of me. Could easily tell their order had been complete for some time...at this time, there wasn't a car at the window, only the one car with a heavy conversation happening. this is the only place I will go to for coffee, I have a different order and these guys are the ONLY coffee shop in Tri cities that can make it right. they have the best costumer service and handle my crazy orders with grace. especially Daniella is the absolute best.
