They told us what they could do, what they recommended and gave us several options at different price points. They gave me one flat price for everything and told me about different finance options if we needed them. They fit us in just 1 day later and the guys that came went above and beyond for us. They fixed a few extra things, found some other things that we'll want to have fixed before next winter so we can start planning for it and then took things one step further. Right after everything was closed up and they were fixing to leave we realized one of our cats had somehow slipped into the duct work under the house!!! These guys crawled under the house, reached into vents and helped us until after 9pm!!! 12 hours at our house when they could have left much earlier!! This didn't change the price or anything and they had a good laugh with us. (No cats were harmed in the making of this review) That cat was trying to get back down there once we got him out, I guess they made everything real nice for us down there. Thank you again for the phenomenal service, super fast response time, amazing technicians, heads up for things we need to fix in the coming months, saving us from getting work we didn't need and for that good Ole Southern Hospitality that really makes someone want to call you again and again!

He called before he came, however I missed his call. When he pulled up, he came inside and looked at the dryer vent and then we went outside to look and he told me all of his work would be outside. I went back inside and he went to work. It only took him about 25 minutes. It wasn't as bad as I thought as you can see from the picture. I asked him about their HVAC maintenance services and he told me to call and set up something. He was very kind and made sure I was well informed. I look forward to my next service with them.

Calls hours later to say he was advised not to come because the tech call line isn't available for my product. I tell him I just need a refrigerant recharge. He says he doesn't know what to do about the error code. I told him I don't need anything other than a recharge and he doesn't have to do anything about an error code. He says he can't come. I say "That fucking sucks", he says I'm cussing at him and he can just hang up. Tech was just looking for a way to avoid work.

Rodney Powers came out to talk to me and quote me some prices for a replacement. He called me back the same day to tell me the unit was ordered and when they would start the work. His crew was excellent and very courteous. They went above and beyond anything I experienced the 2 previous times I had to do this. Not only did they install the unit but they also replaced all my duct work and installed a new larger return. Rodney explained the existing return was too small and was most likely the reason my previous units died so soon. They suffocated from lack of ventilation. Neither of the previous companies even checked the return or duct work. It took 3-1/2 days to complete the extensive work. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I will never use any other company. My old units ran all day trying to heat or cool my home. This new unit runs a few minutes and accomplishes the goal. I can only imagine how much money I've thrown away on wasted electricity over the years. There is much more to the story and I could go on and on, I can not say enough good about this company. If you have any heating and air needs, don't waste your time or money on any other company. Powers and Gregory is the one to call, trust me you will not be disappointed.

I finally called Cunningham and was told that could not be as they had sold 1000 of these and had no problems. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he quickly said no. He told me he would contact the installer and get back to me. One week later, I called again, and he was rude and said he was going to call me, so why was I calling? He talked to the installer and was told that there was not a new tank on his truck. He would get back to me. He did not. I called again that same week and got the same rude person. I was told that they could be there the day I called. As they had not called, I had plans for that day and could not have them. He then said it would be late the next week. The following Thursday, I called, and he said that he was going to call me, and the installer would be there on Friday. No notice whatsoever. I said that his customer service was not very good. He said, and I quote, "We are too busy". So the installer comes and asks me if I am having problems with the toilet. I said yes and explained. He said it can't be, as they had installed 1000. I said yes, I heard that, but this one does not work. He replaced reluctantly. This was possibly the worst company that I have ever done business. Do Not do business with them. Can't give a Zero or a negative or they would have got one.
