So you know those places that just make you feel welcome? This is one of them…read more It's a small business that focuses on rim repair apparently. Never knew something like this was a thing, but these guys do it so well it was like it's something mainstream. When you drive up, it is an unassuming grey building. The front door is locked but just call the number and this is where the magic starts. You'll get greeted by someone named Joey in a professional manner but he will still manage to treat you like an old friend. When the door is unlocked, the staff are warm and attentive. They'll listen to your problem and give you feedback on what the solution is. I went in because my wheel was leaking on my car. They told me they could get to it right away even though the small office was full of customers who only arrived a few minutes before I did. This is the best part. They were able to handle everybody in the office in a few minutes. They took the wheels from those who had them off their vehicles, and the ones who had them on cars were asked to wait in the waiting room: some chairs and a TV. Would've been a bit uncomfortable if anyone had to sit for more than forty minutes, but no. Everyone in that room was gone in that time frame. The technician, a kind young man named William, brings out their tire, shows them the problem, and gives them a time frame on repairs. His attitude is on par if not better than Joey's, but he just gives too much detail. I think he may be trying to make sure the person understands what is going on, but it can come across as a little much. Sweet kid though! Turns out my rim was corroded. Apparently chrome does that. I also know how chroming is done now. See above about the technician. The whole process took only twenty minutes from the time my vehicle was pulled around by Joey. Has not leaked since. Rides better too! These people will be getting my business if my rim is busted from now on!

I was on a road trip from Texas to Florida with my mother…read moreto attend a funeral, and we got a bad tank of gas from a gas station about a half hour south of this location. After being dropped off by the tow truck driver 30 minutes before the location opened, the staff were generous enough to allow us inside to use the restroom and stay warm. We had been waiting on the side of the road since 4:30am, it was now 6:30am. The got us in to be seen by the mechanic first thing when he showed up. When they found out we were headed to a funeral they helped us secure a rental to get us there on time as the repair was likely to take most of the day. The staff absolutely went above and beyond, they did way more than they had to. I cannot express my gratitude. Casey, Rob, James, and Todd were the employees that helped us! Huge thanks to all of them.
