I was pretty upset. I called Joe (on a weekend and he answered) at Spotlight, sent over an idea. His designer Mark called me the following day and we worked out a few simple solutions that would improve my sign to attract attention Joe and Mark knew I was a little upset about losing a week. I was expecting at least another week of waiting. No No No The installer showed up Friday afternoon and installed two signs and they look FANTASTIC The guys are fast, Mark the designer is all over making your sign the best it can be, The installer (Im sorry I cant remember his name, he wasnt there long enough to chat) was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
