Today my daughter and I went to Dream Nails and Spa to get her all dolled up for a formal event. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately and taken to the pedicure station. The pedicure water was nice and comfortably hot. Pros: We had the opportunity to work with Nina, Anne and Leon. All were equally nice and talented. They were very meticulous about shaping and nail art. Nothing was painful! We were offered complimentary beverages and there were other options available for adults. Also, this is one of the cleanest nail salons I have ever been in. This was our first time here and I feel in love with the place! It is also conveniently located across from the outlets! Cons: There is nothing to complain about here! The customers here seem to have been coming for a while as the nail techs seem to be personable and familiar with their clients. Very impressed with new owner Leon, he has set the standard with great customer service. Mimi took care of me as always. My nail lady, at a different salon, is off the same days as when I'm off so I came here!! Great atmosphere, have known Mimi for 10+ years she's always makes herself available. I had a scheduled full set nail appointment yesterday but not a pedicure, I walked in with hopes they could squeeze me in and they absolutely did! The pedicure was amazing and I have very happy feet now The new owner Leon was very nice. He was with his clients, but also made sure to check on everyone, as new clients came in he took time to greet them by name. He got me started soaking and had plenty of drinks and snacks to offer, the salon as a whole was clean, very aesthetic, when I looked around everyone was smiling or in a state of relaxation (me as well, I could have fallen asleep when I got my pedicure!), they have TONS of colors I'm sure they have exactly what you're looking for. My nails came out amazing as they always do! I (with my mom and sisters) have been going to Mimi for collectively 15 years! I will follow her anywhere she goes, for the rest of my life! Another amazing experience with Leon! I came in for a builder gel set again, and I couldn't be happier with how my nails turned out. The best part is that these are my natural nails, and the builder gel makes them look so strong, healthy, and beautiful. Leon always does such a clean, detailed job and makes sure everything looks perfect before you leave. Honestly you can't even see in the picture but the white nail in the middle is so big it fans out like a duck nail and the flower looks so bad I was there for 3 1/2 hours and she still rushed through but made me pay $95 I'm so disappointed and will Be looking for a different place not worth the time or money I spent I honestly just want them off they don't have the balls to tell you that they can't do it so just keep that in mind read more

The other day I came in and only wanted a pedicure because I wasn't sure if I had time for a fill but Leon was able to make it happen. He was able to accommodate me getting my fill and a pedicure at the same time. I am super happy with my experience coming here. My last few appointments here have really missed the mark. Pedicure was the bare minimum and still went home and used my callus tool. And i recently went in for a builder gel set and i feel like it was her first time doing it. Asked her not to cut the nails cause they were already short, just lightly file. She filed so much they were down to nubs and i legit was concerned. Then shaped them super round and i wasn't paying attention and once she asked me if i liked the shape we were 3 fingers in and they were so short there was no going back. The polish is so thick, it's like bubbles on my fingers. Really unfortunate. read more

I think I found my new favorite nail salon! I came in today because I was going to a wedding and my toes were long overdue for a pedicure! I love this place for a few reasons: 1. They take debit/credit cards without hassle. They do have an atm machine inside for you to get cash and I think these places always appreciate cash but I don't always have time to go to the bank to get cash. I love that I can easily use my card here! 2. The service was so friendly! I spoke with Summer who greeted me with a genuine smile and warm approach. I came in at 12:30pm on a Saturday and I was surprised to only see one other person in here getting a service done. Amber did my pedicure and she was very gentle especially when she saw me squirming from the part where they scrub your feet and I get ticklish. 3. Complimentary beverages I was offered a menu with drinks from water to mimosas to drink during my service. I thought that was something that I haven't seen other salons do that brought a spirit of excellence! 4. My nails came out great! I am a basic, gel nail with the French tip girly and they did a great job on my toes! They look like new after coming from a weekend camping trip in Yosemite, I look like I have brand new feet! These toes need glass slippers they look awesome! 5. They send coupons with discounts! I was able to use a 10% off discount on my service that was for the month of May that I received. Everyone loves a discount! Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and am very grateful for my experience here. I am wedding ready and am so glad I stopped putting off my pedicure today! Today was my 3rd time at Dream Nails and once again the personal service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations! They are literally soo nice. The spa itself is very relaxing, which is just what I need. You're not hurried (unless you have a time crunch) and the quality shows! My gel manicure and pedicure stay put and as a dental hygienist I am very hard on my hands, constantly washing and gloves/ungloving. ed to try a new nail salon in town and decided to come here. I believe his name was Leon who did my nails. He did a fantastic job and took his time with doing my nails. The nail salon is under new management and he gave me a 20% off discount because they have a special running through the end of December. The nail salon is very clean and nice. They have beverages upon request alcoholic and non-alcoholic and a bowl of sweet treats when you come in. Anybody looking to try a new salon I highly recommend trying this place out! read more

Least of my concerns, they advertise all over for a complimentary beverage to which the nail tech didn't offer. I probably should've walked out once the pedicure started and he was rough while taking off my gel polish (filing on my skin instead of just the nail bed). Things got much worse while cutting my cuticles and I was bleeding on more than one toenail. It was really painful but I was distracted on the phone with a potential family emergency. The nail tech did not check on me after making me bleed even once I hung up the phone. After the fast and painful pedicure he left my feet dripping in oil to which I had to ask him to help me clean off so I don't slip and fall (I'm talking absolutely saturated, drops all in my sandals). Now here I am 24 hours later with puss coming from my toes where he was digging with apparently dirty instruments. So disgusting and what a waste of $ to now be in pain and battling this toenail infection while pregnant. read more

I've been going to Dream Nails since they first opened and have seen at least 3 owners come and go. The current ownership outshines them all. While it took a minute for me to convey what I wanted, the team worked together and made sure we were all on the same page. The result - Leon did a beautiful job on my nails and they were the best I've had them in a long time. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding. I observed staff working together, (they actually did my manicure and pedicure at the same time, saving me time.) I love the family friendly environment with the whole family pitching in, even Kelly and Leon's 2 month old :) After the new ownership took over, I was skeptical and considered going elsewhere. They really understood the assignment. I showed them a pinterest picture of a chrome set with pink hearts and they matched it exactly. My nails look so good and i couldn't stop taking pictures. I hardly ever write reviews but I absolutely have to after the amazing pedicure I just got! ***IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS TO MY NAIL LADY SUMMER I WOULD!!!*** I haven't been to this nail salon in years. I was looking for a nail salon that offered some luxury pedicure options that had some sort of fresh cucumber or fruit. I decided to come back here and I was not disappointed! They have updated the salon since the last time I was here and it is beautiful with new stations and pedicure massage chairs. They also have new luxury pedicure options that include a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage. I woke up not feeling like I slept wrong on my neck and when Summer showed me these new luxury options I was sold! It was only $15 more than the one I was already going to choose. Sooooo worth your money! I feel so refreshed and renewed after my pedicure and massage! Summer was so nice to talk to and did an amazing job! Heard one of the other nail techs say she is the new manager of the salon and she is so humble and kind. Mind you, Sandy has on a rubber gloves and a face mask at this time and is very busy focusing on my lady parts, and not her phone (I had been running a few minutes behind, and Sandy was hurrying to finish my treatment). In the few minutes it took her to finish me up and head out to address this client while I dressed, "Sindy" had knocked several times on the door and sent no less than FIVE separate texts, the last at 3:17 (her appointment was at 3:15) stating that, if Sandy didn't respond, she was leaving. Sandy walked out to the front porch, and I could hear "Sindy" immediately begin to raise her voice at her, telling her how she needs to run her business differently, answer her texts, etc. Sandy calmly explained that she had a client getting dressed and she'd get her in as soon as the room was sanitized and re-set for her. This was not good enough for "Sindy". She continued to berate Sandy until Sandy finally told her that she thought they had better just cancel the appointment as they obviously were not going to "click" as aesthetician /client. Sandy kept her head and addressed the matter in a professional way. She could easily have snapped back at this person who obviously wasn't going to use her services anyway, but she didn't. As a small business owner myself, I can tell you that I also wouldn't want a client such as that in my office, and I think that she received the result she deserved from her behavior.

No circular massage or scratching, it was just hair washing and really hard scraping with nails on the scalp. This lasted an hour. Then, I sat awkwardly in front of a mirror while she brushed my tangled half wet hair and blew a blow drier thru it. I have naturally curly hair, so she ran her fingers thru my hair as she blew the hot hair so it made my hair really poofy and wavy. I told her she could stop, so I could manage at home, and she continued. Finally she stopped. At the end, they gave us some tea and she watched as I tried it. Made me question what was in it lol I also paid for an upgrade for scalp analysis, which involved them pulling the camera and looking at my scalp after it was done and she said "see? All clean." Great analysis. The atmosphere was cute. I'm sure they do such a great job with their other services, but if they want to advertise hairspa, they should lean more into the spa piece of it and learn about different types of hair.

I'm sure they don't want to turn anyone away as thats lost revenue. But I'm surely not coming back due to this. The manager eventually saw I was waiting a long time and he applied a scrub to my feel/legs and exfoliated my soles. I don't know what the answer is to this issue but many of us don't like to be sitting around waiting for our service. The other downside, I got a person by the name of Van. Who was unfriendly was paying attention to everything but me. And did a terrible gel manicure, so bad I had to ask her to fix issues I could see with the paint. There are way too many nail salons in Solano County, so while the manager did his best it's not cool to let customers sit in the pedicure chairs for more than 10 minutes max. Also pay the cost and have a movie, TV show or current music on your screens.

Had an appointment at 12:30pm, walked in at 12:25pm and observed the establishment to have multiple customers with their unmanaged children, every chair and station filled, no social distancing between customers, it was a zoo. Despite several people in the waiting area, no customer service to let us know how long the wait is. When I was finally seen, they had me sit at a station for another 10 minutes before a male came and sat down. From the start to finish for a gel manicure, which was the first time since pre-covid that I've been to a salon, my 35 dollar manicure was finished in 10 minutes! He did little to nothing to clean up cuticles and prepare nails. Then felt it was appropriate to yell at me for clicking my phone to see a text by saying, "Can you just give me 5 minutes to do your nails?" I have nothing nice to say about this place. Poor business practices and over priced for the level of service. I will pay a hundred dollars for a quiet and good overall experience. Will never return and will make sure to tell everyone I know that this is not worth the gas to get here. read more

I read many reviews on Dream nails & Spa and had high expectations walking in. Kathy did my powder dip manicure and it came out perfect. This is the 4th nail salon I have tried for a dip powder manicure, and it was by far the best experience. Kathy was very meticulous when she trimmed my cuticles and when she shaped my nails. She constantly checked both hands to make sure all nails were evenly shaped. She took her time and made sure each coat of dip gel was eventually applied to the entire nail, not missing any corners and not getting any on my skin (something none of the 4 salons I went to previously did). This will definitely be my go to salon from now on. Just a tip, try to call ahead to schedule an appointment. I called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment at 5:30pm. When I arrived the salon was pretty empty, but after 6pm it became quite crowded with both appointments and walk-ins. read more

I've been to a number of nail salons in the Bay Area and this was by far the best one. The salon is clean, organized and gives you the perfect atmosphere to relax. The prices are amazingly fair. I had a regular manicure and a Green Tea pedicure. The pedicure was 35$ and they spent over 45 minutes on it, which I have never experienced. They spent way more time massaging than any salon I've visited for such a great price. Tony was my manicurist and he was wicked nice, polite, and gave great attention to detail. Also happy to report my nails and the 2 other people I went with have no chips in the nail polish the day after. I thought I found my next favorite nail place but I was wrong, I came in here on Labor Day with my sister to get a fill. Mind u a fill here is already $30. The lady left a huge air bubble on my middle finger on left hand and my sisters middle finger on her right hand is a completely different shape than all her other nails. It seems like the males thy work here don't know what they're doing. My lady was so rude and was rushing through my manicure. My sisters guy who did her nails seemed clueless. Do not go to this nail shop. I literally walked out about 5 minutes into my pedicure. They filled…read morethe tub and the water was ice cold. I told the person it was cold and they just said it will warm up. By the time it warmed up 90 percent had been fooled with cold water. As I'm sitting with my feet in lukewarm water the person comes over yanks both my feet out of the water and starts filing my gel polish off with a manual nail file. Most places work on one foot at a time while your other foot soaks. Every other salon either uses the electric nail tool or polish remover and foil. At this point I hadn't even seen a menu. I asked for one and was brought one. She then begins filing again and scrapes my toe skin enough that I yelled out. At that point I said I'm leaving asked for a towel put my feet and put my shoes back on and walked out. Definitely don't recommend this nail salon.

The lady that helped me, Holly, absolutely had no idea what I was talking about the whole time apparently. Not only did she do a terrible job painting the base coat, (look at all the polish on my skin), but when I showed her a picture on my phone of some simple Mickey ears asking if she could do them she said OK and then made this mess. The massage was nice but she did not exfoliate my heels. After she thought she was done, I had to ask her to please get the dead skin from a blister from new shoes the week before off. As I left, I had to move around piles of dirt and debris that one of the gentlemen who worked there swept into the pathway. Gross. Not going back.

The staff are very thorough but gentle in their work. An added bonus is thay the chairs used for the pedicures are massage chairs. So you get a very therapeutic, self-care experience that is very relaxing. My feet have not looked this good in a very long time. I ended up getting a manicure as well to get hands right. Men need to hold up to grooming standards as well, and Lavender will take care of you. I got the $45 pedicure with the CBD option which is what my wife usually gets. For what they do along with the massage chair I'd say that's a pretty fair deal. I would definitely come back for the experience and the friendly staff.
