I voiced this concern to them as to the pricing with multiple items that I have purchased from them they'll post something for $80 but it's on Amazon same model same material for $40. Same with a jacket I bought for 200 same jacket was on Amazon for $79. I love the jeans but I also like I was jooped out a couple hundred bucks at least with a lot of the things that I ordered that were on Amazon. Order a white blouse online didn't like the fit . Wanted to return the item found out that they don't do refunds . They only issue swank gift cards . Now I am stuck with this blouse because I send it back I have to pay shipping fees which I don't mind , but if I purchase something else I have to pay for the shipping fee twice. It was my first time ordering from Swank's boutique. I'm usually not big on boutiques in store because it's limited quantity. I decided to order my niece a few items online for Christmas. Placed my order December the 1st. Three weeks later I don't have an email stating my order was processed. I reached out via email to Swank's all they can tell me is USPS is behind. I've been mailing Christmas gifts across the country, and the latest arrival I've seen so far is a two day delay. I live one city over from actual swank boutique. I will never purchase from this company again. Very inconsiderate of their customers needs. 3 weeks is to long to wait for a couple of outfits to arrive. I can't give a review on quality yet because I haven't received anything. Once I do I will be back to give another review. Hopefully it's worth the wait. If your look for something to wear within a months time I suggest to give another boutique a try. These one is horrible. Overpriced and delayed. Quick to take your money slow to ship. I have seen this business on my social media for months advertising their stretchy jeans. I was skeptical because of my mid section. I finally took advantage of the Black Friday online special two for one jeans. The delivery was quick and to my surprise the jeans fit really good. I ordered another pair of jeans online that were on sale and had intentions to wear them on my birthday which was on a Sunday. I thought I would have to find something else to wear as they had not arrived. They were actually delivered on my birthday (Sunday). A few days later I needed another outfit and went to the actual store trying to find a pair of jeans for an event. The staff was so helpful and even though I was in a hurry they were so nice. I got the jeans and Kapria was trying to talk me into a shirt to go with them. If I had more time I probably would have tried it on and taken her up on it. Let's start by saying they expensive AS FUCK. next the 8mile employees ALWAYS mad! Always have an attitude and act like they can't help you! One lady helped me told me she could fit a certain size she was about 60 pounds heavier than me. So I bought it because she said she could fit that certain size I get home couldn't fit it I come back not even 30mins I can't even exchange or anything so now I just spent 150 on a body suit and a skirt.
