I was visiting and unfortunately cracked a nail. I have acrylic with gel and not only did I crack…read morethe acrylic but I cracked my natural nail underneath. It was pretty painful. I searched the area for a nail shop with a high review and found Noire Nail Bar. It's in a shopping center/strip mall kind of area. Walking in, there were no other customers present, but the place looks very clean and appeared to be set up to do a high volume of clientele. I went around noon on a Tuesday. I showed the woman at the front desk my nail and told her I just needed it to be fixed and she sat me down with a nail tech, his name was Tim. He was very gentle and did a good job at matching the original nail color since I had colored thin French tips. I showed my friend and she couldn't tell which one was cracked at all which is a testament to his work. Thanks for fixing me up, in and out in 20 minutes and I was charged $10. I know some places charge $5 for a nail fix, but I appreciated the service and him being gentle because it was very very painful. Now that the repair is done, I have no more pain and I'm happy with the work! If I hadn't just had my nails done a week ago, I definitely would've gotten a full set by Tim!

I did a design & my tech did a Christmas theme I brought up on Pinterest, while my daughter got hers painted green. They look great!

Since moving to Tennessee, I have been coming to this nail salon regularly for my pedicures and…read morenails, and I've always been very satisfied because they usually do an amazing job. That's exactly why I felt comfortable coming back to have my nails removed and get a simple manicure so my natural nails could finally have a chance to breathe and recover. Unfortunately, I left this visit extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly pissed off. What should have been a simple nail removal and manicure turned into an overpriced and upsetting experience. To make this even more upsetting, I was charged $40 for him to literally rip the nails off 8 fingers (since 2 were already off), quickly file those 8 nails, and barely do anything else. He only used the cuticle cutters on one finger just to remove the tiniest piece of skin because I didn't even need cuticle removal. There was no soak, no lotion, no hand massage, and no actual manicure care at all. Paying $40 for that level of careless service is absolutely ridiculous. If anyone is thinking about coming here for a manicure or nail removal, go somewhere else ASAP and do not even think about coming here, because this experience was a complete waste of money and left my natural nails ruined. To make it worse, I was charged way more than I should have been for a service that was done so carelessly & not up to standard. As a loyal customer who has spent money here multiple times, I expected professionalism, care, and fair pricing. Instead, I left feeling taken advantage of, ripped off, and angry that I paid for a service that damaged my real nails. This experience completely changed how I feel about coming back, which is incredibly disappointing because I truly used to enjoy coming here. Take a good look at this so-called "manicure." He literally ripped my nails off using a nail tip, and you can see the glue he had to use to hold them because he ripped them so far down. This isn't just sloppy -- it's painful, damaging, and completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about coming here for a manicure or nail removal, don't even consider it. This photo shows exactly why.

Started with the pedicure first. The guy doing it was so rough with the buffing block he literally rubbed off my skin on multiple of my toes. Then sprayed straight up rubbing alcohol on it and it burned so bad! They have little scabs on them now. While getting my gel manicure, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the table, and then eventually crawling all over my arms and legs! One of my nails has a significant bubble that I didn't notice until I left, and the other is overlapping significantly onto my skin. If you are looking into coming here, I would recommend going elsewhere.
