new go-to salon. went to a rip off place on kingston pike for a while and was SO happy when I found this place. They're quick, nice, inexpensive and do a good job. I've gotten a pedicure here, full set and a fill in and was satisfied each time. They treat me like I've known them my whole life. I get basic nails so I don't know how they are with designs. I have been to this salon many times over the past 10 years and have given it good reviews. However, after my last pedicure the gel polish only stayed on a couple days before peeling off in sheets. I returned and asked that they repaint the 3 toe nails that had no polish. The lady painted them but it was clear that she didnt want to. 3 days after that visit, I had 3 more nails with no paint, so I returned and asked that tgose be painted. At this point it had been a week since the pedicure and she told me she would do it but if I came in again I would have to pay for a full pedicure. That was a week ago and guess what? the remaining toe nails that havent been repainted no longer have paint. I asked what it would cosr to have them repainted and she said it was the price of a full pedicure even if I only got a polish change and broughy my own paint. Considering that they have recently doubled their prices and dont want to repair their work even though they say that it is warrantied for a week, Im adjusting my review and score. One final thing to note: the lady that used to run the business wasnt there on any of the three visits so maybe it has a new owner. Im not sure. read more

I was over charged for my feet they look bad and have a pedicure that looks unfinished. I could've went home and done a better job on my feet than they did. It's sad they look unfinished. I'm still gonna have to go home and do more to my feet toenails or uneven vibe was to get as much money out of me as possible. Absolutely kind of humiliating. I am a college student and I have disabilities to where I have to have a service dog with me 24/7. I called them and they said that they were ok with it. Apparently they weren't. I walk in and they told me to leave before I could even take a step in. They weren't nice about it either. They said it was a private estate. Which isn't right because they are providing a service for money. I didn't want to start anything because it wouldn't have done me any good but service dogs are allowed access EVERYWHERE as long as they are trained and behaved. Be prepared to wait at least an hour to get your nails done. I came here and waited as long as I could and then left. Twice. The second time they told me to wait 30 minutes and I waited about 50 minutes before walking out. I wasn't the only person to walk out during that time frame. They don't take appointments so it doesn't leave you with a lot of options. It's not a very pleasant salon to sit in either, the smell is strong and it's quite small so you're likely to sit close to other people waiting. One day I decided to take my mom to get a pedicure and to have a girls day out. I chose to go here based on reviews and at first it was great. The place seemed clean and they were nice. The pedicure felt great and the massage chairs were awesome! We left happy, however about a week later when I went to go change the polish on my toes, I noticed something was not right. My nail looked yellowish and was raised. When I went to my dr he said it was a toe fungus and asked if I had recently had a pedicure, when I said yes, he said I probably got it there since a lot of times the foot baths are not cleaned properly which means it is easy to get fungus infections :-( So months later I am still trying to get rid of it which sucks because I cant paint my toes until it is gone otherwise it could spread to my other toes. I really hate that this has happened and just hope no one else ever has this issue. Unfortunately I doubt I will be back since I don't want to go through this again read more

Very disappointed in my most recent visit. The full set is $27 when the competing price is $23 in the same area. The lady (I would leave a name but she didn't even tell me her name) was very rude, and didn't say more than 20'words to me the whole time. Oh yeah and their pedicures suck too, they basically just washed my feet, which I could've done myself. And my nails do no look like they are worth $27. Very very upset with my service. read more

When my friend & I walked in we weren't greeted. I got a pedicure with gel & she got a manicure with gel. My nail tech didn't give me a proper pedicure & my toes were cut uneven & too short for her to paint so the paint got all over my skin on the side! It wasn't spread evenly so it clumped in areas. It ended up costing my 42 dollars even thought sign said 27 & my friends was 25. When the lady checked me out she said nothin g about the price just stuck out her hand for my card & ran it. I only found out the price when I went to sign for it. I was very disappointed when I got home & one of my nails had already fallen off. I went to check the rest of them out & they all peeled off easily even thought it was gel polish! read more

Not only did me and my friend sit there for 2 hours but he made me bleed twice and after me asking him to stop he proceeded to go on and I had to stop him myself , then he went to put the polish on the polish was all over my fingers and he did not clean it off nor did he put a clear coat on it , when I asked him to put one on he gave me a an attitude and left while my fingers were drying and didn't even check up on me read more

I had an excellent experience at this nail salon. They had their certificates posted on the wall, and they were very friendly.
