It was nearly 110$ just for a simply acrylic with powder... but unfortunately i cannot say the price matched the quality. I visited a different nail spa and i was informed i could not do the design i wanted because my previous nails were done using clear powder, and the color i wanted would apply too translucently. The nails were crooked, uneven, and there was gel underneath my finger nail. The service was not so good and i wouldn't recommend. Instead I went to the Best Friends Nail Spa in Corona which gave me the beautiful French tip fills in the second photo for only 63$.
Want to get the BEST pedicure ask for TUNA! Shes amazing and always in a fun bubbly mood! I've don't wear acrylics anymore, used too and they were great here!

If you're coming in with something specific in mind then go somewhere else because they cannot do it. Their reviews speak for themselves I wouldn't have gone here but this is where my family goes and they spoke highly of them. I asked for a pretty simple French tip and I wanted them square and thin with a baby pink and white, I showed a picture and even while correcting him through out the process he still did it how he wanted to, if you're doing a service for someone you're supposed to do what they ask but this is just a chop shop, now I have to pay to have them fixed somewhere else. They also put on gel when I never asked for Gel, making it harder to remove lol. Just save your sanity and go somewhere else. I've never ever had a problem getting French tip done anywhere until now, it seems like something that would be hard to mess up but apparently you can lol
This is my second time coming to this nail shop and both times I was seeing very quickly in and out within an hour. First time I got a pedicure and manicure second time just a gel manicure. I had a picture of a Fourth of July design that I wanted, and the girl Michelle did an amazing job.
Everyone here is a pro. I always get manicure and pedicure, no complaints at all. Prices are fare, service great, ATM inside for our convenience, you can have a tea or coffee while waiting.
I'm new to Menifee, decided to try a new salon. I've been getting Gel-X for at least 4 years now. This was easily the worst set I've ever had. The picture doesn't do it justice since this is when I first got them done. There was bubbles at the cuticle (they didn't file it down enough). The gel went onto the cuticle/skin area so the second it started to grow, it looked awful. Don't get me started on what underneath the nail looked like with the gel seeping out. On top of everything, it only lasted a week before one easily popped off. I was able to then pop ALL of them off so easily. I was shocked. I've never had such a bad set before. I also got my toes done and that was fine, I would go back for that but never again for Gel-X.
Was seen right away as a walk-in which was nice but the rest of the services were not. I asked for a pedicure and to have ingrown nails fixed since they were hurting. I also brought my own gel polish (color and top coat). They wanted to charge me an extra $12 to do gel polish even though it was my own product. Sooo $12 to use the UV light?? Maybe I should have brought my own UV light too. I brought my own polish (NEW, never been opened before) to avoid getting any infections. Unfortunately, I still got an infection - either from the unsanitary tools or from the base coat they used. Moving on to the ingrown nails, the technician dug deeper into my nail than expected and didn't seem to care about pain. There were multiple open areas/wounds that weren't cleaned up before polish was added. The polish was globbed over the open areas/wounds and the technician cured it like this on top of my skin and didn't clean the edges. I had to drill these thick areas off when I got home. I wasn't sure if the inflammation would improve that day so I left them alone. 2 days later and now the inflammation has gotten worse and there's an obvious infection. I did the $35 pedicure and they wanted to charge me $47 total with my own gel polish. After the technician had to re-do the polish on a nail 3 times and wasted an extra 30 minutes, they said they would drop it down to $40 instead. I don't recommend going here unless you're fine with being charged more for unnecessary services/loopholes and high possibility of infections.
I had a pedicure the next day my big toe hurt it's now infected with puss !!! I also noticed they wash there stuff in the dirty pedicure water then put it back !!! Do not go here I'm in so much pain

So let me start by saying two years ago I had a horrible experience here. Since then I gave it another try and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Service has been amazing. Everyone is so nice. I highly recommend calling in before you go especially before a holiday weekend. I have had my nails done by Michelle multiple times. Michelle is sweet and never disappoints. One day Michelle was busy so I was sent to Kay... OMG KAY IS AMAZING! Every time I go in I have no clue what I want my color of nails to be... but then I see Kay's nails and I'm immediately inspired... I usually tell her I want her nail color or design and she does it! Today she had her nails pink so I got mine pink and told her to surprise me with a design... and she did an amazing job! I love my nails every time I walk out of the salon I am never disappointed. I'm glad I gave them another try. Again, CALL BEFORE YOU WALK-IN/GO AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CASH. They have an ATM machine if you forget. read more

If the owner is reading this, I know the older lady is one of the owners. My sisters and I went and she kept giving us the mad stare and muttering something under her breathe while she was talking . You should be watching soap operas instead of being in a nail salon where you obviously don't like people read more

This salon just opened in Menifee. I was so excited to try them out. The atmosphere is amazing. The salon is nicely decorated and absolutely stunning inside. Upon entering a gentleman asked if I could come back in 30 mins. No problem. I ran an errand and came back. When I came back there were tons of people waiting. There were only about 4-5 workers. The gentleman was not there and the lady who asked if I needed help didn't seem to realize I had already checked in. I told her and she said I would need to still wait. I waited another 20 mins before they took me. While waiting, a ton of people came in saying they had appointments. The workers did not seem to acknowledge everyone's time and never once apologized for being backed up. When It was finally my turn, the lady removed my old gel, and gave me a gel manicure all in 15 minutes. Yes 15 minutes! That should have been my first sign. She did not seem to care about how well she did on my nails and I felt like she just carelessly did my nails to get me out and on to the next one. I didn't say anything since my nails looked pretty decent and I knew they were busy. Fast forward to today (one day later) I have TWO nails chipping. I am so so disappointed!! I will be calling in the morning and hopefully they can do something about this! read more

When I arrived for my 5:30pm appointment, I walked in and tried to check in with the lady in the photo as she was the one standing at the front. She didn't even ask if I had an appointment just told me to have a seat. I proceeded to tell her I had an appointment at 5:30 and she ignored me and she just said "sit and wait." I asked how long the wait was for someone who had an appointment and she ignored me and I asked her again, she then YELLED at me infront of everyone in the nail salon, " I don't know how long the wait is, she's busy!" Then she walked away, and one of the ladies sitting down doing another clients nail said nicely "10 minutes." I don't know how hard that was for the First Lady to say. I also find it strange there was 3 of us sitting waiting who had 5:30 appointments. Then a customer who was paying smiled at me an said, "just be rude back to them, they do a good job though." read more
The lady who did my short acrylics was sick and coughed all over my hands and was rushing really fast, she messed up on my thumb nail so I made her do it again. When she painted it she left little bumps of paint. She also left the white like material all around my nails. My nails are now uneven and she was such in a hurry she didn't even let my acrylic dry!! I am so disappointed with how they turned out! ***Note ***this is from my daughter, this is first time getting acrylic nails. It was gel and they didn't put something on her nails and she never washed her hands. On top of getting a $5 tip I wish I would have talked to my daughter and seen them before tipping ( I believe her name was Hannah) $37 plus $5 tip these should have never been this price the work was horrible. She needs more practice. I got a mani and this was our first time here. ( miss my San Diego nail ladies) I got two cuts on my thumbs on my cuticle. I guess I'm a good tipper gave her $5. But she was gone when I came back. Hannah ( think that's her name) is the one that took the money and was rushing me and wasn't even grateful at least it didn't seem that way... praying others have a better experience. I called in advance. And this was a mother daughter date and she sat my daughter across the nail salon. Never again. I had a massage pedicure for $33 with French gel. Polish came out to $47. The price was fine. The service was horrible Kate the manicurist started on my full set and then she stopped because I asked her to use the nail file instead of the electric filer on my nails. Fine they don't do that there. That's their policy but she was so rude about it and she didn't want to finish my nails. Overall the manicurist Kate ruined my whole experience. Well to start off this is such a cute salon and I really wanted to love it. But unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. I felt like the lady who did my nails rushed and didn't apply the top coat evenly. I should have asked for my money back instead of paying close to 50 dollars. Won't be returning. read more

Called made a appointment when got there we got seated right away was very happy about that . Love my pedicure. Got my nails done right after my pedicure and I love how my nails came out very happy with there services they gave me I will definitely be back ... the only thing is they don't take bank cards they only take cash . Which was a very big inconvenience to me . They do have a atm inside there shop but I don't like using atms that isn't my bank for more fees they say the atm is free to use but my bank charges me for using other atms that isn't my bank point is they need to get there card Machine working . This nail salon is very clean I highly recommend for good work and the cleanness.! Will be back with cash lol read more

Hannah is an amazing nail tech! Nicole normally does my nails (who is also great), but wasn't in today, so Hannah helped me. I gave her a picture of what I wanted for my wedding pictures tomorrow and she delivered! I love this shop, it's clean, nice chairs, and friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop and so glad it's here!! read more

NOT sure what all the bad reviews are for... it was packed in the salon but they fit me in within 5 minutes and I got a fill and gel pedicure. They both turned out beautiful. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Thank you Ladies! read more

I just moved to Menifee and after an epic fail at the first salon I tried this one exceeded my expectations!! Tim did some amazing Christmas nail art for me. I will be a regular customer from now on. The salon is very clean and a fun, relaxing environment. read more

This place is gorgeous! You have to see it for yourself! Vivian is awesome- I actually followed her here because her work is amazing and she's so sweet! She listens to what you want and takes her time ensuring you are happy! Others have mentioned concerns about wait times but it's a new place and this is to be expected at nail salons sometimes, but it's worth the wait! You won't be disappointed! The other ladies on this team are great as well. Vivian is the only technician around that I've found that will do the pink and white gel build on my natural nail and make it look awesome!! THE BEST NAIL SALON EVER!! I have been to soo many places and literally no one compares to here! First of all I have seen almost everyone in there and I honestly am happy with everyone. Not ever a bad experience and my nails are always on point. HOWEVER, today Lina (spelling hopefully correct) did my nails and I am just beside myself.. They are perfect! They look better than the picture itself. She took the time to make them look like this and I'm just SO HAPPY! After 17 years of fake nails and literally trying tons of locations within 60 miles (as well as nationwide when traveling, I have never been happier! If I could, I would give this business zero stars! I've come to this salon a handful of times & noticed each experience would be different (not in a positive way), but I would give the benefit of the doubt. My most recent experience is my drawing point of never coming back again. First, the reviews already shared here are very accurate. This business is dirty & they do not clean their stations right after they take the next customer. The tools are not sanitized properly either! They also dumped the liquid used for my acrylics back into the container to use again! As mentioned by others, the employees here all have an attitude, & spend a significant amount of time on the phone scrolling through social media or answering personal phone calls during the services. Second, the customer service is terrible! After getting a full set of nails done by Andy & a pedicure, I went home & realized that my cuticles on my hands were pushing back so my nails basically looked like I was already in need of a fill. I also had a poor experience with my pedicure but that's a different story. I called & spoke to Roxy (the lady in the front desk) & explained what happened. She was very dismissive from the start & told me to just come back in so they can fix it. Due to personal circumstances to where I wasn't wanting to come back, I had asked if she could speak to the owner & give me back partial credit. Roxy said she would. Days went by & I never heard anything back. I called Roxy again to find out the status & she once again told me to come back & just get it fixed because she already knows the owner will say the same thing. I am upset that Roxy is speaking in behalf of the owner with assumptions & not making the effort to make me, THE CUSTOMER, happy! Her tone was unacceptable & to top it off, the man who did my nails, Andy, was denying he did my nails after I had a full conversation with him from the beginning & even sent him a photo of my nails he did. He knew exactly who I was. I strongly recommend future customers to NOT BOTHER COMING here. Save yourself the high risk of getting an infection from improperly sanitized equipment & going somewhere where customers concerns & complaints are being heard & taken care of the right way! read more

Vivian does a fantastic job. She is a perfectionist and delights in making sure you are happy with how your nails look. Tried the cat's eye design. Love how it came out. They opened just a few days ago, and seemed to be getting busy. All clientele was greeted and sat in a timely manner. Hardly a wait considering most were walk-ins. The salon was beautifully decorated and clean. Pedicure chairs look luxurious and comfortable. Even though I wasn't able to get a pedi, I will be returning for one. As when any business opens there can be some hiccups, but the attention they give to feedback makes it worthy of giving them a try. Wish them great success! read more

I'm honestly really sad. I got #3 mani and #3 pedi with gel nail (after I asked for regular polish) because I was told it last longer and it's better for my nails. Well that was on the 21st on the 23rd I noticed my toe was chiped but it's glitter and it's not that visible no worries 24th I noticed some lifting on my nails but still not bad. Today 3 nails are off and another one is about to come off. I called the lady to tell her and she said yes some people are oily and 1 week is good. Well the 21st to the 26th is not 1 week and it's not my "oily skin" I actually have dry skin but ok. My visit was 45 mins long for Delux Premium Mani Pedi. I'll be honest I don't get my nails done so I was not really sure what to expect but I'm almost 100 percent sure that it should last at least 2 weeks it's gel polish right. On top of that the gel was placed far from the cuticles. I also got my brows "cleaned up" but they are not cleaned they are terrible. I'm just really sad and I was very excited to finally be able to do something nice for myself. I just feel like I wasted my time and hard earned money. To start, i ask for a gel manicure, the books with the color sample she showed where all the ones that cost more, i noticed ,but since I liked one of them I chose one of those, looked like she was asking around, probably didnt know how to do them, why arent they honest?!! They look nothing like the ones I asked, they are bumpy, my skin is stuck with gel to my nail, ugly nails, but i am not one that will ask to get them redone by someone that obviously does not know what they are doing, what I do i write a little review in the parking lot and never come back. read more

Horrible nail salon!! Go else where if you want well done nails and service. The ladies were so mean to my little toddler who wasn't doing anything and they were rushing to get me out cause I had one kids. I asked if they could do my 3 year olds nails (that I would pay for) and they refused to do so. Nails chipped off within 3 days. Waste of money and time. read more

My first time here and I received a full acrylic set and gel polish with an accent nail, and a callus removal pedicure. I'm a perfectionist, as well as a business administrator, so I tend to be a bit picky. Attitude is just as important to me, as is the service. I have to say I love my nails and the tech that did them was pleasant with a nice smile. She was on the quieter side, but most artists are when they're focusing. To be honest, I'm not one to talk much either when trying to relax after a hard day at work. I will most definitely be requesting her in the future. The posted picture happens to be day two, after a night of working on my wire wrapping jewelry, and my nails still look great to me. Perfect shape, general consistency, and polish. The tech that did my pedicure did a really good job, but her attitude needs a slight adjustment. I understand that it was an evening appointment and she may have been a bit tired. However, keeping a good attitude is important to a lot of patrons. It's very important for me to feel relaxed during these services and I was tense for most of the duration of my pedicure. So what happened was, I ignored her attitude bite, when she directed me to sit. I wasn't really sure if she intended to be a bit harsh. But it was when I didn't understand a certain word she was saying, it then got really uncomfortable. Instead of explaining, she became frustrated and wouldn't clarify for me. I apologized and stated that I still didn't understand what word she was saying. It was obvious she was upset, because she spoke out loud in her native tongue and repeated the same word I couldn't understand. Like she was mocking me and the other employees got extra quiet. There's always that one drama queen and it wasn't even all that serious. Lol Not to mention, I'm half Asian, so I understand more than she may have thought. In the end she seemed to have lightened up, but I don't appreciate the time of relaxation that I lost over it. I tend to observe rather than become confrontational. Therefore, I may avoid her in the future. Note how the negative side of this report is longer? That's a typical human nature response. From a marketing standpoint, it's best to train employees about their attitude, for they can certainly make you or break you. if it wasn't for my good nature, the wonderful nails and, granted.....a good pedicure, I would, again, be on the hunt for that great service I pay hard earned money for. The shop was comfortable, with nice decor, and the shop and bathroom was fairly clean. I do remember that no antiseptic powder was used in the pedicure water, so, I'll make sure to point that out next time. I observed the other techs and all their work appeared to be very good, as well as their attitudes. The receptionist speaks clear English. Not that it matters to me, but for informational purposes, I know it matters to others. With your service payment, you receive a reward card to use on future services. It's a good incentive to return and I certainly will. Update: I'm really too soft hearted and wanted to delete any negativity in my review but in the spirit of being fair I reluctantly won't. Instead, I'm posting pictures of my Callus Removal Pedicure. I really like the attention to the thorough cuticle removal around and on top of my nail beds, along with the extra detail of clipping the sides of my toenails. Massage was nice. I'll know to pay for extra massage minutes on my next pedicure, if I use this same tech. I apologize I didn't get her name. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and hope she was just tired or had a bad day. read more

Nice place inside but dont let the looks fool you! This was the first time i come here, only because it was close to my sisters house! Never again!!!! I paid EXTRA for gel on my toes and they usually last me two months!!!! But here after eight days my polish was chipping and peeling!!! I also did a full set with gel as well and after a couple days my nails were cracking!! Also they were not straight and uneven! He cut my finger and when i said ouchh theres blood he said oh u got cut before u came? It burns same day!! I said umm NOooo u just cut me!! He left bubbles in the polish! He was a rude guy and was working in a rush although there was nobody waiting!!! Never again will i come back!! read more

I'm new to menifee, leaving my last place was hard. However I've had my nails designed by michelle twice and love them! Also brought my kiddos to get gel pedicures. I love that they are open late and prices are very reasonable. Salon is very cute & comfy.. and since covid, I still feel safe, they have plenty of hand sanitizer and wash stations if needed. Everyone is very responsible wearing masks and keeping clients separated. read more

I just moved back to the area (I'm from menifee but due to the military moved away some years ago) i went here hoping to get a good dip manicure. I ask for a dip MANICURE. She did a fill more or less. Didn't cut my cuticles or anything. I was like fine whatever they weren't THAT bad. These photos are just two days after. I got a dip but she put clear gel over and now that's peeling away. My nails look like garbage. It was $40 and I'm going to have to go some place else to get them fixed. read more
