Needed a quick pedicure so went in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait. Chose this place since they're conveniently located down the street from me. They're located in a plaza with plenty of parking. I didn't receive the warming neck pillow I saw everyone else have. Maybe that came with their package. They do offer complimentary drinks. Depending on the package chosen which was basic maybe but it was the $38 one, pedicure came with a salt scrub and lemon/orange slices. My pedicure was done by a gentleman that I'd say was just okay. I paid $61 total; pedicure $38, add gel $15, and my lip wax $8. Good thing they don't charge to take off gel too. We'll see how future services go since I'll be by more often since it's so close to home. read more

Ease of booking online is AMAZING!! Toby worked his magic again. I wanted the same design I had before and with smaller gems and he DELIVERED! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I came in and requested a basic manicure just wanting my cuticles trimmed, nails filed and a buff and shine (no polish). The service was over in under 15 minutes and fell well short of anything that would be considered good service. My cuticles were not trimmed at all, and the overall work was incredibly rushed. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $10 just for the "buff and shine"-- The final total was $38, an unreasonable price for such a minimal and incomplete service. (See photo) The technician, Nick, was openly disengaged and unpleasant, giving the impression that providing even basic service was an inconvenience. For the price charged, this experience was incredibly off putting. I will not be returning and would encourage others to go elsewhere. read more

First experience with Milano. Very clean and friendly staff. Adult beverage offered definitely a perk. Nice selection of complementary cocktails. Front attendant was so kind. I told her it was my birthday and I wanted a phenomenal design but I was undecided. She told me she knew exactly who could help. Bella saved the day. Just went there this afternoon for a basic manicure as that was all I needed, plus I had never been before so wanted to just check it out. It's very close to my house so was hoping for a good experience. I am an older woman and have been having salon services all my life so I know at least minimum expectations. Pros: I was a walk in and did not have to wait. The salon looked clean and the pedicure chairs were busy. The manicurist ( and I use this term loosely) was nice, smiling and attempted conversation although I'm not sure she understood anything I said. Cons: They advertise that they serve wine but I was not even offered water. I did see other customers with drinks. The actual manicure was below average. When I was being seated I told the manager I did not have cash for the tip and asked if I could add it on the card. She said no but I could use the manicurist's Zelle or Venmo. The manicurist put my hands on a towel that was old, faded and kind of ratty. This is a new salon so their towels shouldn't look this way already. Then she kind of looked around, rooted through her cart and then grabbed her almost finished bottle of a Starbucks Frappucino which was sitting there and laid it down and put my arm over it. I said - you guys don't use a pad or anything? She said no and just removed the bottle and continued on. At one point I looked behind me and the person at the other station was using a pad for the woman's arms. When she finished the manicure I said I need your Venmo for the tip. She said I don't have Venmo. I said what can I do - she said - There is a machine over there. I said no ( I'm not using an ATM machine so it can charge me almost what a tip would be). She said - I will ask in the back and walked away. Of course had to wait for my nails to dry for a bit so about 10 min later I went up to pay and I still didn't see my manicurist so at that point I paid and left. And won't be back. I am normally a good tipper but not for that. read more

Horrible place horrible service don't go there unless you wanna waste your money and time! Just had a pedicure it was extremely very bad job it was less than 15 mins didn't clean didn't massage the way it should be the paint was absolutely terrible like a 5 year old painting and when I voiced my experience to the owner she didn't bother to say anything not even apologize and they charged me $33 for absolutely a horrible pedicure job I've had bad services in the past years but nothing compared to this one! Overpriced and way under done rip off read more

I was excited when I saw this place was open, it's their soft opening right now and they have a promotion for $10 off a service. It's also a plus that the location is less than 10 minutes away from me. The interior is spacious and very nicely decorated. I love the chandeliers and the blue and black marbled look inside. They also have a little bar/kitchen area and drinks are complementary. I got a full acrylic set with pink & white ombré with a gel top coat; $63 (my go to). I had Minh as my manicure technician and he was very nice, he also did a great job! Highly recommend. For my pedicure I had Ana, she was nice. I got the luxe pedicure option ($48), the massage was super nice and the hot towels were amazing! The chairs have the massaging option too which was so needed and very relaxing. I really liked the fact that they use a sanitary liner for the pedicure tub, so you have that piece of mind. They also give you a warm neck pillow, so relaxing. Both technicians worked on me at the same time, so efficient! Even though this place is big, it fills up fast! So make an appointment. The one thing I will say that I was unsure about was the pedicurist used the same filing tool on my feet that is typically used on the hands and I have never seen that before. Not sure how I feel about a tool that was used on someone's feet being used on my hands potentially. I really like that the tip is in cash & you can either Venmo or Zelle the technicians too! I really liked that, open & honest. Overall, a pretty nice shop, I recommend it. read more

I started going to this nail lounge in May, 2026. By now his products has proven to be of low-grade and not good quality. The end of June 30, and July 2 2026. within a week I'd seen him twice because one nail popped off and two where lifting. The front desk said that there were complaints from clients coming back to fix their issues. No charge if done by the same nail tech. She then said that there might be a problem with the powder he is using. By that Sunday, July 5, 2026 another popped off and another lifting. Gas is too expensive to travel back and forth to fix one or two nails. I made the decision to go someone else. I hope that others have a better experience but this one is not for me. read more

Super expensive. Quality for money sucks. For both a mani and a pedi almost 200$ with tip. Awful... I got a French mani and the French was totally uneven and bumpy. The guy who did it would not let me get an overlay instead he wanted me to get acrylics for more money which I did not want and he did anyways... I do not recommend!! Not worth the money or service! read more

My tech was Emily I paid $32 for manicure regular nail polish and this price includes gel removal. My gel was removed with their machine, I got nicked once, she apologize but then continued to look away to pay attention to her coworker. Some minor gel was still left. Brought water to soak my finger nails but forgot about it. By the time she remembered the water was cold and my cuticles did get to soak that long and it was uncomfortable when she removed them. She never asked me what shape or length I wanted my nails. She also tried to convince me to get a different nail color. When I voiced my complaints I was met with excuses. While I was paying another customer came in because her gel nails had chipped. read more

If you're looking for an over priced, under serviced nail salon this is it. I had my nails done (powder dip) and they chipped three days later. The tech, Tracey said she knew how to do the powder dip. However, she skipped a step and when I brought it to her attention she said it was "a new way". Then when I was checking out they charged me $10 extra dollars to remove my old powder hit didn't inform me that would be the case prior to providing the service. This place look legit with it new shiny chairs hit the techs are not trained and prices are not worth the service! read more

I payed $65 for these, but got the winter special and got a free pedicure. I think that's a great deal, and nails came out good! Very friendly staff! During the process of getting the full set, they kept asking me if I liked the shape, color, etc. It is a very nice salon, the inside is the best I've seen so far! read more

"If I could give Bella 10 stars, I'd give her 20. The most beautiful, natural nails I've ever had." I'm writing this review because I really wanted this place to work out for me. I had the same nail tech for years and absolutely loved her, but she moved away. She was amazing, though appointments would take a long time--sometimes two to three hours just to get my nails done. When this new nail lounge opened just minutes from my house, I decided to give it a try. The first time, I came with a friend for pedicures. The pedicure itself was good, but unfortunately I didn't feel very comfortable with the technician who did mine. I got the sense that because I didn't want to add extra services, the experience felt a little awkward. I came back again for both a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was AMAZING--done by a guy who did a great job. However, my nails didn't turn out the way I wanted. They looked too thick and bulky, not natural at all, and I left feeling pretty frustrated because I really wanted to love this place. As I was leaving, I talked to the front desk. I noticed her nails were absolutely beautiful, so I asked who did them. She told me Bella. About 12 days later (one of my nails had already fallen off), I came back and made sure to ask for Bella--and wow. I honestly couldn't believe the difference. Bella finished my nails in one hour, and they are the most beautiful nails I've ever had. They look so natural, clean, and perfectly shaped. She paid attention to every detail--under the nail, the sides, the cuticle area--and even cleaned everything up so they looked flawless. On top of her amazing work, Bella made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She was kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. She never made me feel rushed, judged, or uncomfortable in any way. If you're thinking about trying this place, do yourself a favor and ask for Bella. She is truly amazing. Like I said--if I could give her 10 stars, I'd give her 20. read more

We have been coming here since it opened and although it looks very nice, the work is not worth how much it costs. We went on Tuesday, got two gel manicures (French), two regular pedicures. About $220. Plus tips. It's barely Friday and my nails are almost all chipped. My index finger chipped the following day. My toes were painted a bit sloppy, he didn't do the corners well. Not worth the money. read more

I have been to this Winchester/French Valley nail salon twice and both time have received services by Mindy. I will never go to anyone else but you have to ask specifically for her when booking appointment. This is an excellent, full service nails and more lounge. They have 5 star service, free drinks ( even Vietnamese iced coffee on request) , 21+ beverages and an amazing atmosphere. I've attached pics! read more

I've had my acrylics done twice here since they opened. The first time I had a nail break within days, I chopped it up to nothing. I came back for a fill and the following day another nail broke. Within the week I had 3 broken nails. I've been getting my nails done for years and only ever had 2 breaks. I called the salon to see if they would replace the broken nails at no cost and they said no. I could've walked away a happy and returning customer but now I'll go back to my regular salon. I really wanted to love this place considering it's in my neighborhood but with this kind of customer service, no thanks. read more

Booked full sets and pedicures for my wife and daughter (appt was yesterday). First, their nails look great! Professional, clean lines, perfect finish. They had an enjoyable time at the salon yesterday as well. Both raving about the staff and the overall vibe/experience. I will say, it was a little pricier than I expected but my wife tipped well and they were both happy when they got home so it's worth every penny. Located close to our house as well, like a 30sec drive, and plenty of parking since that portion of the shopping center is mostly smaller shops. Based on the smiles of my ladies when they walked in the door, highly recommend Milano! read more

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, but the highlight of my visit was my pedicure with Nikki. Same day after full set and paying extra for manicure for cuticle trim, you can clearly see areas missed. I don't mind paying extra but expect the work to be done efficiently. Also, it took four people to do a simple ombré job that still came out wrong. There are better nail salons. read more

I have been here three times since they have opened and it has progressively gotten worse. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. The gel pedicure looked nice but the gel manicure was so sloppy. After the gel had dried it had cracked on 3 of my nails and I mentioned it to the tech and she said she didn't see it but would fix it anyways. She fixed the cracked nails but the rest of them just look sloppy. There is hair stuck in the gel that she painted on and I pointed that out as well and she said she would fix it but all she did was put another clear coat on top. The salon was also really dirty. And it costed me $120 total. I've never paid that much for a manicure and been this disappointed. read more

Beware of fungus! I hadn't gotten a pedicure since winter. I wanted a break for my toe nails. I came here in June to treat myself with a pedicure. The pedicure itself was mediocre. The guy was too rough and could careless what he was picking at or filing. I even had to pull my foot away at one point because he hurt me. After that, to prepare for another pedicure, I removed my nail polish in July and under that revealed fungus! I'm so mad. This place looks nice but I will not trust them. I came here initially because it's closer to my house but I will avoid it at all costs. Before this experience, I went religiously to another place in town, every 4 weeks for a few years, I NEVER had this issue with them. Just be cautious. read more

The online booking is a lifesaver ! I've been here a few times and the girls have been so nice, they were literally all smiles and very attentive! (Nicki and Julie) I got a full set today with Luis and omg he outdid himself. This is my favorite set by far! I have gotten a fill by Emily a few times and she is so sweet and also very neat work Milano nails also allowed my daughter's soccer team (13girls) to have a team bonding event at their salon and gave the girls their own room and sat them all together . I came here with my mom and let me say it is pretty nice. They have a section designated for kids if that want to do a mani or pedi. They serve free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. And it is pretty affordable to do gel manicure. The normal place I do my nails at in Anaheim charge me $80 for gel but here I paid $40. That's HALF the price overall had a very pleasant experience. I will come here instead when I come to visit family . read more

Perfect place to get a little mani/pedi. The vibes are awesome inside and the service is great! They have a full bar offering drinks while you are there to get your mani/pedi. My wife has gone more than myself and her nails have always been done the way she asks for them to be. The staff listens and performs accordingly. We will definitely be returning. read more

This salon seriously lacks basic customer service. I've given them multiple chances, and both experiences were unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend Anna. Her behavior was rude and dismissive from the start. I asked her to adjust my chair so I could sit comfortably due to my height, and she completely ignored me, prioritizing her own convenience over my comfort. She repeatedly told me to put my feet in the water after I clearly explained it was freezing cold--only acknowledging the issue once she finally checked it herself. When she switched to doing my nails, the experience got worse. She was overly rough, controlling, and kept pushing her own preferences instead of listening to mine. I asked for a coffin shape multiple times, yet she continued shaping my nails incorrectly. When I questioned it, she became visibly upset and began speaking in another language in a way that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. At that point, I requested a different technician because I was no longer comfortable. Despite this, I gave the salon another chance. Nicole did my nails and was great--professional, friendly, and exactly what you expect when paying for a service. Unfortunately, that positive experience didn't last. On my most recent visit, the receptionist was just as rude. My friend and I came in during a slow weekday and simply asked to sit next to each other. Instead of accommodating a reasonable request--with plenty of empty pedicure chairs available--we were met with attitude and inconsistent explanations. First, we were told it was "difficult," then told we could sit together unless someone wanted a pedicure, which made no sense given how empty the salon was. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than providing service. At this point, I will not be returning. Between the rude staff, lack of communication, and unwillingness to accommodate basic customer requests, this salon does not value its clients. read more

I came here for the first time with my daughter for pedicures. I hadn't had one in years, so I was pleasantly surprised by the base price ($33). The girl who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we sat down. The chairs appeared dirty, and when I rested my arms, they felt sticky--definitely in need of a thorough cleaning, which was off-putting. While the nail techs were preparing our pedicure bowls, they were speaking in another language and pointing at us, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. They also didn't greet us or make any effort to engage in conversation during the service, which added to the overall unwelcoming feeling. My daughter still had gel on three of her toes, and her tech mentioned there would be a $3 charge to remove it. The biggest disappointment was the "massage." It was just lotion applied and quickly rubbed on, rather than an actual massage. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. While the initial customer service at check-in was great, the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the service didn't meet expectations. Iv'e been going to Milano since they opened for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Everyone is nice and professional has done a great job. The pedicures are great and the color always lasts a long time and they do a good job waxing. Today I had Nikki for both my gel pedi and my waxing and she is an absolute angel!
