Came here on a whim as I haven't been to this location. The store is jam packed with product. There are drawers under each display with bracelets and necklaces you can try on. With a plethora of mirrors it was easy to see how everything glittered and sparkled under the lights. The store associates were very nice and helpful. They encouraged me to try on anything I looked at. They attempted the most gentle upsell ever but due to it being both out of my price point and not at all what I wanted it was easy to say no. My only pause is the value these days. While much of their price point hasn't shifted in the last decade, it appears the quality of materials has gone downhill. I own a necklace that I purchased well over ten years ago that feels substantial. The large clasp is easy to open, and each crystal is thoroughly protected within solid settings. The pieces I bought this year are frail items that I fear I will break. The pieces are open in the back of the crystal and only a little glue holds them in place. Within three months several crystals fell out. One of the rings I purchased also turned my finger black during the summer. While easy to clean it left me baffled as to why that occurred and continue to occur. I eventually stopped wearing that ring on hot days. I can't confidently say the price is worth it, even for costume jewelry. There needs to be a higher quality for that price point. read more

These guys have crappy customer service. I buy a ton of Swarovski... they had a gift with purchase at $150. I bought a necklace for $149.00 with tax it was 164-ish and the manager refused to give me the gift with purchase for being a dollar short. For someone that spends tons there, that level of customer service is appalling. read more

I love the products, but I would always rather go there just to window shop and then buy them online. Except for one lady from Canada, with an eastern European accent and beaming smile. She is an excellent sales person. All the other attendants there I have been in contact with are extremely rude and don't seem fit to work in a jewelry store. When entering a store this pricey, that sells things that sparkle, I would expect attendants to look their best to work. Like, they should be trained to put an effort to get ready to work, like shower at least, and to put a smile on their faces. Their attitude betrays their lack of willingness to be there and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. I believe retail physical stores are coming near to an end. It's just a matter of time. Nobody has to put up with long faces and rudeness when spending their money. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in a few weeks ago to pick up a gift that another store set aside for me at this location over the phone. When I came in to pick it up the first person to help me looked at me like she didn't understand anything I was saying at all. She asked her manager but came back said they knew nothing and completely dismissed me. I called the other store they assured me that they had called and set it aside. After speaking to the manager directly she finally said she'd go check their storage and see if they had it. They did. However, now opening the gift, I realized the clasp on the necklace is broken. I went in to see if they could replace it and they said no. I guess they're the only store that can sell broken products to customers. Customers that have been shopping from this brand for years. Will not recommend this location at all, and will let others know they have terrible customer service and sell broken items. And now from reading other reviews I also think it was racism. Considering we were barely acknowledged as we walked in while other customers were treated much better. read more

Manager Angela is very racist and created an awful and uncomfortable experience. She refused to service us and yelled at us when we told her the experience was overwhelming. Her response to that was "it is what it is." I will not be shopping at this location anymore until there is a new manager who can be professional and not yell at customers. read more

I have been buying the Swarovski ornaments for 5 years and I always look forward to this Christmastime tradition! My mom bought me this beautiful, albeit too glamorous for my daily life, necklace. I tried to return it within the 14 day return policy but was told that you have to have the outer box to return. I had the inner box and the receipt but they refused to accept it. They would not even give me store credit. It was a very expensive gift and I'll wear it but would have preferred to exchange it for something more every day wearable. I'm appalled. I would get this strict, archaic return policy from a mom and pop store but Swarovski can certainly afford to create more than one sticker per item and maybe have extra boxes lying around?! Their customer service policy is awful. I will never shop here again. It really bums me out. Shame on you, Swarovski! read more

I was on a midday shopping trip with Kristin C. when I saw a huge Hello Kitty display at Swarovski -- me, being me, had to stop and ogle all the pretties. One of the staff members, Erika approached us casually, after letting us admire the merchandise for a few seconds -- it was great because often times at boutiques this small, you feel like you're immediately attacked by a salesperson and you feel like you can't turn around, and then you realize "oh shi, can I really justify spending $xxx on a ring?" and you're cornered. Luckily for me, the HK collection was reasonably priced, but if I had been too overwhelmed, I woulda had the opportunity to pretend I thought I was walking into a different store and left without awkwardness. Phew! Erika and I discovered we had a lot in common and she was incredibly friendly and offered to let me try on numerous items from the Hello Kitty case, giving me details about the piece and just generally being an awesome person to talk to. She suggested items based off of what I told her about myself, and we gushed over Sanrio together. I fell in love with a clear crystal Hello Kitty head with a pink bow, as it looks amazing with my hair. As my visit was a couple weeks before my birthday, I opted out of purchasing an item at that date [and by this, I mean Kristin pulled me away] BUT Erika was awesome and wrote down the product information for me to give to my boyfriend as an, um, gentle hint that I would not be opposed to receiving gifts of this nature. Sadly, by the time my boyfriend bought the pendant I wanted it was sold out in Bellevue, so he ended up working with another associate at the Alderwood Mall -- I was a little sad that he didn't get to work with Erika. So, if you're in the market for cute, shiny things... go buy things from her, she's fantastic! read more

The staff there is AMAZING!!! My best friend & I came in and the two male workers treated us with most respect, patience, and kindness while we were shopping. Customer service is disgusting! Waited in line for 40 minutes the guy said they are closing but we will still be able to get in and will be their last customers for today. Another guy came out and was very rude told us they are closing and didn't want to listen to us. He slammed the doors in front of us and when we asked to speak to the first guy who promised us he will let us in he started yelling at us and was about to fight... What a wonderful experience I had at Bellevue Swarovski. Such a wonderful collection of crystals it was difficult deciding what gifts to buy for both my girls. Tiffany, the new store manager introduced herself and assisted me finding the perfect crystals whilst the store was super busy. I'd never seen somebody multitask so well. I had the pleasure shopping with Jesse, a customer service guy at the store today. He was professional, pleasant, and helpful. He mentioned he used to be an assistant manager. Based on his superb customer service, I hope Swarovski will consider promoting him to a management-level position in the store. Jesse's colleague, Amanda, who also works in the store, is very nice too. She helped us locate an item that we didn't think the store had inventory for. Additionally, I want to thank Jesse & Amanda for following Covid-19 guidelines and keeping the customers safe while shopping in their store. Please ask for Jesse/Amanda when you shop in this Swarovski store, probably the biggest Swarovski store in Washington state, and be patient while waiting outside, because we're in the middle of a pandemic! read more

I went there yesterday morning. Store supposed to open at 930 but no one there until the guy came to opened store around 9:50am. The guy who opened store was very rude. And the way he talks or treat customers need to be improved. I asked some questions and he responded back very impolitely. Your worker need a training with service mind and manners. read more

I have passed by this store a gazillion times but never ventured in until recently. It was a few days prior to Valentines Day, and my eye caught some sparkly bling in a display case. My two daughters and I wandered in, going from display case to display case, looking at all the wares. The store is beautiful inside, if not small. The two saleswomen engaged us in light conversation, but they did not hover or push us to buy anything, nor did they make us feel out of place at all. They were great with my daughters, and we all tried on some awesome rings (very cool display for the rings in the center of the store, how they are weighted down with large crystals below the case. You need to see it to understand how clever it is!). Anyhow, there was no pressure, and I found a ring I liked, and one of the ladies there wrote down the model and size (very cool card, too!), and also gave us a sample of Swarovski perfume (who knew there was such a thing?). It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience, and we will be back. read more

I love this store because of the great customer service they provide and the store is so easy to shop. A very nice lady helped me with my purchase for my mom's birthday. She was very patient, sweet, friendly and not pushy at all. She knew the products very well. She asked a few questions and tried to help me find a nice and cute present for my mom. I have to admit that I am very picky and wasn't decided on a specific gift but Nada (sales associate) suggested some brilliant ideas. I would have never thought about. I ended up getting my mom a cute bracelet that she just loves to wear. Thank you so much Nada for your help, you are amazing!! It's really nice to see how Swarovski picks their sales associates. A job well done! Nada has a genuine desire to help customers. I will be going back for more gifts for my sisters and my friends. This is definitely going to be my home Swarovski store:) read more

Absolutely appalled by the horrific treatment by one of the staff members named Mahsa at the store. Their return policy has always been strict and it is understandable. But this lady looked at my return and started off by saying, "Maybe people in your country return things this way, this does not happen in the United States." She then went on to shout at the top of her voice saying, "How long have you been here, you are from India, I know from your accent, I know they don't have rules like this in your country!" The reason for her behavior was that one of the earrings looked oily, and all this when I had told her that I had worn them from the store until the night on the day of the purchase. There were literally 20 people in that store when she was doing this. I left by saying I need to talk to the manager, on which she handed me the bag back and said, "Then call tomorrow for her, my name is this and take this." I did not want to make a scene there and did not want to drop to that level, but I surely want to let anyone know who is reading this that racism comes in many forms, and this complaint is not about the return, but the disgusting behavior of this lady. Horrible customer service! Started when I bought the bracelet to when it broke within 3 weeks to when I brought it back in to see about repair. Never got a straight or consistent answer from anyone at anytime. Condescending and claimed I wasn't understanding. I was understanding just fine but with inconsistent information and sales staff that kept saying "I don't know" makes it hard to take them seriously. I have always liked the Swarovski jewelry but won't be visiting the Bellevue store ever again. It will be Internet from now on. And business owners wonder why people stop visiting brick and mortar stores? Here's a primary reason. Keep it up Swarovski at Bellevue, you'll go the way of JC Penneys that used to be there. read more

I was treated like I was a criminal today. My husband (god bless him!!) bought me a set of $400 champagne flutes which I thought were just too gaudy keep. Sales associate asked for the reason for return and I was completely honest with her. Husband thought I'd like them and I don't. I'm not going to keep $400 flutes that we are never going to use! A few seconds later, she looked me dead in the eye and said "so you're returning them because you're never going to use them?" To which I responded "right, never going to use them" she proceeded to process the return and asked me AGAIN for my reason for returning then told me to feel free to shop around while I waited, what a joke! I declined! I wasn't asking for cash refund or store credit...there was nothing that would have given her the impression that I was trying to pull a quick one on her. She then very clearly stated, the credit will go back onto my husbands card...as if I would've fought her on that. Would never step foot in this place again. read more
