Had to exchange a holiday gift. Arrived at the store mid afternoon and there was about a 20 minute wait. A very gracious staff person, Yuka, served us espresso graciously; we had skipped lunch thinking it would be a quick trip -- but Yuka heard us and found some delicious cookies for us, which we really appreciated...kept us from giving up and leaving the store. She also learned that we did not know about the perfume line and took a thoughtful moment to introduce us to the possibility of some new scents. When at last we received an associate's help it was Nikita. She helped us look at half a dozen different bags and wallets that we had scoped out in advance. There was a beautiful little cream colored lambskin with gold colored chain, but budget did not permit that one to come home with us. However we bonded with the new Slouchy design -- the shape was beautiful and size was just right for carrying my 13" MacBook Air. It was interesting to see more of the clothing line that was available, especially the jeans with the LV on the back pocket, and good to see the shoes as well as the perfume stand. I have been a loyal Louis Vuitton customer for many years and have purchased numerous products from Louis Vuitton boutiques across the country. Until this experience at the Bellevue store, I had always received exceptional customer service. I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag in Oregon as a Mother's Day gift for my mother. The bag was never worn or used, but after receiving it, she decided she preferred a different style. Since I live in the Seattle area, I went to the Bellevue store to return the bag and choose another one. The only item missing was the dust bag because my mother had kept it after receiving the gift. I completely understood that this could be an issue, so I immediately offered several reasonable solutions. I offered to purchase a replacement dust bag or have the cost deducted from my refund. I wasn't asking for special treatment--I was simply trying to resolve the situation fairly. Unfortunately, the store manager refused to help. She repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to drive all the way back to Oregon to process the return. That was extremely unreasonable, especially since the handbag was in brand-new, unused condition with the original receipt, and I was willing to pay for the missing dust bag. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy--it was the manager's attitude. There was no empathy, no willingness to explore any options, and no effort to provide the level of service I have always associated with Louis Vuitton. It honestly felt like she simply didn't want to process the return and was looking for a reason to deny it. When I asked to speak with a manager, she informed me that she was the store manager. I then told her I would be contacting Louis Vuitton Corporate to share my experience. Suddenly, her response changed. She agreed to process the return and said she would "help me this time." If the return could be completed after I mentioned contacting Corporate, why was I initially told there was absolutely nothing she could do? That made me feel like the issue wasn't really the missing dust bag--it was a lack of willingness to help until the situation was escalated. Luxury shopping is about more than buying an expensive product--it's also about the customer experience. I have spent thousands of dollars with Louis Vuitton over the years and have always been treated with professionalism, respect, and appreciation. This was the first time I have ever needed to return an item, and I never expected to receive this kind of treatment over something as minor as a missing dust bag when I had already offered to pay for a replacement. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. One negative interaction won't change my opinion of the Louis Vuitton brand, but it certainly changed my opinion of this location. I had receipt and bag but no box because my wife had thrown it away since I have several belts already. She assumed it was the right size when she bought it. I have bought several wallets, handbags for wife age kids from Louis Vuitton over the years and have never been treated so poorly. Will never buy from this company again! Loved the security guard and the greeter -- they were actually more attentive than the sales staff. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst LV experience I've had. We waited quite a while for a client advisor to help us, and there were only us and one other pair of customers in the store. I needed to exchange the purse I got for Christmas for the bigger version, and needed to exchange the shoes my husband got for Christmas, for the correct size. And they delivered. Copped the black Soft Trunk bag for a certain someone who deserved something serious. Added some LV sunglasses, bracelets, and sneakers just because I don't do halfway. Felt a few eyes watching, like I wasn't what they expected to see walking in heavy. That's cool--I'm used to flipping the script. Once the card cleared, the tone shifted. Came in to check out a purse I had seen online. People inside greeted, assisted when requested, and were patient. I ended up not getting the purse because it was much smaller than I had expected. With that, they gave me recommendations on similar items that would match the print but different design. I was able to wear each out/check myself out with it, and decide with time despite it being 30 minutes before close. Being me, as an overthinker, I decided to pass and let me think about the recommendations further. Bea C. was great at explaining each purse, making sure the purse value matched what I wanted. We visited Louis Vuitton at the Bravern, and it was a good shopping experience, with plenty of handbags to check out. On a Thursday evening, there wasn't a line outside the entrance, which there usually is. We only waited for a minute until we were cleared to enter as a party was leaving. This location had a decent amount of stock, and was spacious enough. The store is well-lit, organized, with a ton of staff on the floor, willing to help. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and an employee was assigned to work with us while we shopped for handbags. Staff was very friendly here. The items here are very nice, especially the handbags. It wasn't the largest stock, but it was enough to find treasures, including items that recently became available. This is by far the worst Louis Vuitton location I have been to. The customer service was completely unprofessional, and it felt like the salesperson assigned to us had no interest in helping. My mom was looking for a small wallet and asked the salesperson if they had any card or ID wallets. Without even checking, she immediately said, "No, we don't carry any." I had to step in and point out that they do have credit card wallets, and I had to practically guide her to show them to my mom. Even then, she only brought out a couple of options, and it was a struggle to get her to show us anything else. When I asked if they had a different color or a Damier wallet (since my mom didn't like the pink), the salesperson bluntly replied, "We don't have any at the store. If you want, you can order it online yourself." This was beyond frustrating because at other Louis Vuitton locations, they are always professional and go out of their way to help. They would check inventory, offer to order the item, and even ship it directly to my address. What made it even worse was the complete lack of hospitality. At other Louis Vuitton locations, they offer us drinks--champagne, water, or soda--while we wait. Here, there was nothing of the sort. The overall service was just shitty, and the experience felt far below the standard I've come to expect from Louis Vuitton. Eventually, we found a wallet my mom liked and decided to purchase it. Only then did the salesperson's attitude improve slightly, realizing she was making a sale. But by then, we were so disappointed that we didn't bother continuing to shop for the additional pieces we initially intended to buy. The selection at this location is noticeably small compared to that of Michigan Ave, and NorthPark locations. The customer service at this location is ideally courteous Aesha helped us with our in store purchase, and has since completed two additional purchases over the phone for a curbside pickup and next day delivery. She's been really helpful, and checks back in to ensure we are pleased with our selections. With Covid, instead of communicating the store has a limited capacity, they lock their doors and just let you stand outside without acknowledging you. I don't mind waiting...I just found it so strange when I arrived (upon the store opening), I stood there knocking and asking what was going on, only to be looked at through the window and ignored. The whole saga lasted 15 minutes and when they finally answered the phone, they explained the circumstances. Why not post a sign or pop your head out to let me know? I purchased a gift card for the amount of a perfume bottle and asked for samples to include with the gift card. It was for my friends bday. She is amazing, friendly, welcoming, helpful and all around a very genuine person. I particularly enjoy that she speaks fluent Spanish (although it is not her native tongue) and I can converse with her freely and she gets me! I enjoy the service I always receive coming here. I was invited to attend their private showing for guests before they opened their newly remodeled location to the general public, and was gifted with a custom bottle of champagne with my name on it, a bouquet of flowers on valentines and French macaroons. A couple of weeks ago I saw a coat online that I really wanted to see in person and was considering as an end of year/most successful revenue year gift for myself. We headed over to Bellevue and they had it. We started working with Monica. She was incredibly helpful, found me the right size and made sure we could get it ordered asap for an upcoming trip. I appreciated that she took special care in recognizing this is an item that should last for many years and wanting it to be just right rather than rushing me. We looked at a few bags as well with no pressure. They weren't quite right so I passed for the time being. The coat came in faster than anticipated and is amazing. When I went for pick up, she had another bag she had set aside for me to see that was exactly my style so I picked that up too. The level of service was amazing and I truly appreciated it. After stating it bothered me the lady tried to clean it up and of course it did not come out as it was a cut. She said does that really bother you that much and of course it does I don't want to be sold a damaged floor display. This is honestly so disappointing, I had very high hopes for them because it is my first time ever being a customer with the brand and I even waited 3 years to save up/be able to purchase the PSM for my birthday and it turned out defective. I took this bag to show my cousin who is a HUGE LV fan because I was excited about it and she had told me the bag is off, we even compared her bag to mine. I saw it too, but thought I was being crazy, but then I noticed more defects with this bag as I kept looking at it and watched videos on this, I learned that LV USA made has lower quality than France and Spain. So being me, I asked around, I even have photos with straight lines showing misalignments (will be attached) I measured it as well and I asked many people if they see the issues because I really wanted to have this bag despite the flaws and they all said it looked like a fake or a poorly made one and it's too obvious that there's issues. With that, I decided ok I will exchange since it's still in 30days policy. So the adventure begins... Let me tell you, this store manager Nicky will try so hard to not honor the 30 days return and exchange policy. I came into this store and told them I would like to exchange my PSM for another because it is defective and how I brought it to my cousin with the same bag and she told me mine is very defective, I showed them the flaws with the handle being too far back, the alignment being off and the bag being bigger on one side. They said that this is normal and told me my bag was a unicorn to find and impossible for me to exchange or return because it is "used" there's nothing they can do about it. (The receipt does not say used items cannot be returned). After throwing a fit and showing my frustrations they finally agreed to allow for a return. They said I can return it and repurchase later for the HIGHER price. I purchased this before they upped the pricing. So you can only imagine how annoyed I was having to even argue with them just to allow for a return when I had originally wanted an exchange. The manager kept saying it's a unicorn, ok... then her sales person said there's one in Seattle then she said I can't exchange it but I can return it to her and repurchase again there or wait for when more comes in to buy at the higher price, but she already said i was lucky to even get the bag and that it's a unicorn and then she also tried to convince me I'm absolutely going to dislike all the PSMs because this (the defects) is "normal". She also kept saying she is doing me a FAVOR by ALLOWING me to return it since it was "used". -I did not see this as a favor as this is something that should have been honored without having to argue with her especially since this is a luxury brand and it does not state used items cannot be returned either on the receipt. I was so mad I just left after getting her number in case I want to return the bag before my 30 days is up, but seriously... how rude to be treating a first time customer who is just wanting the perfect PSM especially if this bag is worth 2.5k plus tax. Oh yeah. The worst part is calling customer service prior to coming in and being told that it's fine they have my recording of the conversation and phone call in case too but they ignored me when I told them this. I spoke to a customer service advisor named Alicia which I had reached out to because I was concerned LV wouldn't allow for a return or exchange, but I was reassured as long as it's in the same condition as I purchased it at it should be fine for a return if not in stock. SOOO yeah.. I hate this location now. They're disgusting. Your money is better spent at the Seattle location or even Portland location. I took the bag home sat on it decided to come back and return, I suggest if you still want come here to purchase/return look for David. He is kind. I know I may sound a bit entitled, but being a customer spending 2k+ on a designer luxury bag... I feel this reaction is justifiable to their response and denial of the issues I showed. My photos will show that there was no sign of this bag being worn at all only the misalignments, handle being far back (but also diagonal) and one side being bigger than the other and the receipt stating that item must be in perfect and sellable condition nothing about it being used at all. read more

Bellevue Karen with an ugly attitude to match her just as ugly golden goose shoes comes by and tries to manipulate kind SA to letting her skip the line. Apparently her time is more valuable than others. Manipulation tactics doesn't work with SA so of course she asks for manager she name drops. All this is happening within earshot of the customers patiently waiting their turn. Said manager comes out. All the while, customers are leaving the store opening up capacity but SA is too distracted to keep track. Karen explains her situation and how she doesn't want to wait, and of course, they let her in ahead of everyone else waiting in line. As a reasonable person trying to follow the rules and also as a POC, this rubs me the wrong way. I lost my patience and I walked away infuriated that this behavior is tolerated and encouraged this day in age. Rules should be applied uniformly. I expect better from LV. Took my money and spent I somewhere else where my time and money is valued. read more

Purchased a wallet from LV in Maui and have only used it a few times. The wallet has discolored and when I came to this location the sales gal told me to bring it in and their repair person could either clean or replace the wallet but wasn't in on weekends. So I came up here during the week and the other sales gal and manager said that is not the case. Anyone can look at the item in question, and they cannot repair not replace this item. I'd rather not drive 50 minutes one direction to be told different things. No willingness to even help. Told me to contact the sales person I saw two weeks ago, but my purchase isn't in their system because it is "too recent" but it's been two weeks. What a joke and waste of time here. read more

I was disappointed when I went to the Braven, Bellevue store on October 2'23 afternoon to return a handbag I purchased 1 1/2 days prior. The handbag and wallet were not used at all. All packing was intact, yet two staff members treated me and my daughter as delinquents. They inspected the items thoroughly and very close to their eyes. It was obvious to me their goal was to find something wrong. They identified a small fingerprint mark on the bag and a small scratch on the wallet and questioned me about it. I explained repeatedly, the items were not worn. Noting, that I had not inspected the purchased items before they were packaged. I did my best to keep calm and polite, yet the security guards were staring at us the entire inspection process which took about 20 minutes. Ultimately, I was granted a full refund. Yet the memory of the bad treatment we received from the staff, (especially the manager, did not get her name) will remain with me forever. I have been an LV loyal customer for years. OH MY GOODNESS! ASK AND I SHALL RECEIVE!! I've been bugging this LV and the downtown Seattle LV to please give us a mens section. I mean every time I went in. Of course I was always super nice about it. Well I must of not been the only person begging for basically the best clothing store in the world in our awesome corner of the US. NOW WE HAVE OUR OWN MENS SECTION IN THE NEWLY REMODELED AND EXPANDED LV at the Bravern in Bellevue! They somehow got the two shops to their left witch tripled the size of the old store! Came here not really looking for anything, and ended up with a small purchase. We had to wait outside for a bit due to number of people allowed in the store, but everyone was really friendly. My SA was Luxi, she recognized me because I had actually stopped by the previous weekend and did not buy anything that time. She was very helpful and brought lots of options to the counter for me to browse. Very happy with my purchase and very happy with the service here! read more
