I texted the guy back saying I was still getting bitten but I never got a response. 800 $ down the drain! Bites continued for a while until I bought some different pesticides online and treated it myself out of desperation; they seem to be doing the trick. The pesticides he used could be purchased for $100 online and a sprayer for $30. Save yourself the trouble, worst $800 I've ever spent.

Glad to report that i had successful bed bug services for a 1/3 of the cost, and I was given a range of what cost would be prior to the tech coming to my building, so I could make a decision and not waste any ones time. However, for the handful of appointments, the boiler room was never serviced, and the additional glue traps were given out once or twice. Despite emailing simple instructions on "how" and "when" to access the space for service, I would get several calls from their staff asking uh... "how" and "when" to access the space, and which areas to service etc. Total disconnect. Kimberly (the receptionist) is very unprofessional and rude, and lacks professional communication skills. Regardless of my multiple requests for email communications only, she kept calling and calling, which was convenient for her perhaps, but not for me. I found that very annoying and disrespectful. I think communication across the board with Force was unpleasant and ineffective. I found it very unprofessional to get nameless emails without knowing who they came from. When I asked who it was, Luis eventually responded saying it was him. I found that a bit weird and uncomfortable. In hindsight, I think there was an overpromise from Luis at the beginning, in order to gain my business. On a personal level he seemed nice I guess, but I wasn't looking to make a friend, but rather get professional pest control services for the long term. The last drop for me was when I clearly mentioned that I was reconsidering the relationship, and they came to service my space regardless without my authorization when there was no one there.

Luis picked up the phone early in the morning, had me send a photo of my bites to him, confirmed that they were most likely bb's and had Danny come that morning to confirm. Danny is very thorough and clear with advice and options, all while keeping you calm. Having been through this before, I decided to treat rather than wait. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. The matter was taken care of in a few hours, and I am so grateful. With the method they use I didn't have to put all my clothes in bags and only had to do my dirty laundry, which alleviates some of the stress from the situation.
