I came in just before they close for lunch at 12:30 pm and was asked to come back at 1 pm when they re-open. When I came back just after 1 pm, there were a few other customers, so I had to wait 10 minutes or so, but the actual process of my watches being fixed was very quick and was only $10 total. Service was also very friendly. I would definitely come back for any watch repair needs. They currently have a notice on their door that they are closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday this year.
