Service was also very friendly. I would definitely come back for any watch repair needs. They currently have a notice on their door that they are closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday this year.

That being said, I have a long relationship with the jewelry store and completely trust them... they have always done great work. But, before having them replace the mechanism, I brought the watch to Randy of Specialty Watch Repair. He spent about an hour with the watch. When he returned, the watch was back in working order. He informed me that a spring had popped out and that he had replaced it. I don't even want to say how little he charged as his place would be too full.
