If you are into Swatch watches, or watches in general, or simply appreciate good design, bright colors and approachable artwork, this store is a MUST. Been here a few times and, on each occasion, I was blown away by the sheer variety of Swatches here. The selection is ginormous. And my kids just love the clever and colorful graphics of most of the watches on display. We spent a long, long time, looking at everything. And the saleslady who assisted us on our last visit was so friendly and helpful, letting my youngest kid (who's a watch fanatic, along with my hubby) try on so many models. We really appreciated this saleslady obliging my kid, and all her patience. And boy, she knew her product line really well, even all the minute differences between watch models that appeared to be identical (to my untrained eye, anyhow!). This store is accessible from either the Strip or from the interior of the New York New York casino/hotel. If you are into watches, plan on spending a lot of time here. This store is located inside New York New York and I had not owned a Swatch watch since about 1990 but decided to stop in to see what designs they now carried and was very impressed with the overall quality and look of some of the new Swatch models. They are no longer only the colorful, juvenile style watches I remember which would look odd on an older man like myself but they also had some amazing "adult" looking watches as well. I had heard they had an automatic watch and that was what I originally wanted to see but among the many different styles of watches I saw a battery powered, black faced, three dial chronograph watch which caught my eye. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I had a lot of fun reminiscing about my old Swatch watches with the staff who were likewise curious and did not make me feel old. I now have a new Swatch to add to my wristwatch collection and I am very happy with this purchase. Of particular note, Marco and Ivan (I believe that was his name but I could be wrong, however he was working on August 23rd, 2020) were both very friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my in store experience with these two. read more

Shoutout to Michael from the NY NY Swatch store in Vegas. We were there at different times/days & got lucky on our 3rd visit for those Moon watches! Michael was super helpful & friendly & understood how hard it is to 'secure' one of these Moon watch. He really helped us search for our desired watches & we truly appreciate his effort. This is the best store to score a Moon watch...but please remember to be respectful & civilized. Love this store! I agree with the previous reviewer who said they are a model of customer service. Ariella was very helpful when I visited in February of 2020, and in fact everybody in the store was. Thanks also to Victoria, via their email account, I was ultimately able to get new bands for three old watches and batteries for all. Now Ariella is going the extra mile to help me, from afar, find an alternative for my favorite Swatch watch that is lost forever (and out of stock). Rude security. Friendly employees. Staff gave my sons candies. Make kids so happy. My son took a Spiderman watch and hold on hand. The security came and said: Candies are free but watch is not. Then he took away watches from his hand. My god, we are still in store and kids are just looking around. What happened to that security? I had bought a swatch with a metal band a couple of years ago, and I love it and wear it all the time. The clasp had basically worn out because I wore it so much, and I think I was fastening it a little too aggressively. I brought in the watch and Ariella helped me out. She was great! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She searched through some old boxes they had there as they don't make my specific watch anymore, and she found the exact clasp that was broken on my watch. She took about 15 minutes, and switched out the clasp and in addition she buffed out the scratches I had acquired on the face of the watch. The watch looks and functions like brand new now. Talk about next-level customer service! I took my metal band Swatch my wife bought me a few years back to this location in the hopes that they could add a few links to the band. Victoria dug out "the box" filled with misc links and found my exact watch band. She took the time to add the links, even then out, and made sure it fit perfectly. Yesterday my husband and I bought two watches here on our weekend getaway. One for each of our sons (4 yrs & 7 yrs old). One Spiderman watch and one Star Wars watch. We were away for the weekend and when we got home the kids were so excited to get their new watches. Until we tried to put our 4 yr old's Spiderman watch on only to discover that the prong was broken. Brand new out of the box it was broken and won't latch through the band without falling off. He is completely heartbroken. His watch is broken but his older brothers was not. So chalk it up to either cheap junk parts on the watch or a lazy salesman who "inspected" and timed the watch before we left but didn't bother to notice it was broken. Either way our special gift for our son was completely ruined and he is extremely sad and disappointed this morning. read more

Spacious, bright and beautiful store inside the New York New York hotel. With a big variety of watches. We initially went in because my mom needed a new watch and loves swatch. So we were greeted by the staff and began looking around. My mom kind of found hers immediately while I walked around a bit just looking to see what they had. The sales team (Daryl, J & Elaine) were amazing! Professional, friendly and kind, and what struck me as great was they all worked together as a team. It was outstanding. I came in not even wanting a watch AT ALL. When Daryl asked me if I wanted a watch I realized well maybe I do want one and began browsing. At some point J saw me on the other side of the store and helped me try on a pastel pink watch I came to like ... They all commented on how it looked and I got some tips about how to maintain the watch from Elaine. You can shower in it btw, plus, keep the warranty bc you can replace the watch if it breaks and get a free battery if you bring it to the store. In any case their work ethic was a group effort and they were all so nice that I felt good when I left. I wasn't pushed to buy a watch but I ended up finding a great piece I love with their help. I was looking for a Swatch watch for one of my co-workers as a birthday gift. they have inexpensive watches that range anywhere from like $30 to $100 and then they have some that are above that. I was only looking to spend about 40 or 50 bucks. I found some really nice nice designs and pick one out for him. When I bought my watch, they said they change batteries and polish the face for the life of the watch. I was kinda skeptical, but when the battery ran out I gave it a try. Went to the Swatch store at Ballys and they said they ran out of batteries. Even more skeptical. Went to this store and they were able to change it super quick! I have loved Swatch watches ever since I first laid eyes on one as a teenager way back in the '80s (yes, I just dated myself). And every time I go to a Swatch store, I always feel like a kid in a candy store--except these are wrist candies. Swatch makes beautiful, quirky, fun, smart, delightful, unique and very reliable Swiss-made timepieces. Affordable too. And this specific location carries all the newest catalogue watches in-store. I like the convenience of buying online but the watch selection process is something I need to do in person and the friendly and helpful staff in this location is top-notch. I bought my recent Swatches here and also another recent model for my wife. This is also the only Swatch location in Vegas that I know of that carries the World Cup strap loops that I can't stop collecting. Also recently while stopping by for another Swatch WC band loop, I asked the guy helping me if they had any cases that could fit my vintage Irony. Without hesitation he got me one for gratis and offered to polish and remove any scratches on my vintage collection. That folks is what fantastic customer service is all about! In May, 2018, I entered Swatch at the New York New York Casino. I just wanted to revisit fond memories of youth, look around at how they looked today. I was approached by Susan (an absolute gem) who helped me purchase 2 great pieces. Since then, I have specifically worked with Susan two more times with additional purchases. She has been amazing, fantastic customer service! I can't begin to tell you how many people have made comments regarding my Swatch (s)! The younger generation ask where I got them and the people my age (who are still, you know, young-ish) will ask "is that a Swatch"?! Wow. I fully understand inflation and how products increase in cost over the years but to pay $150 for a watch with a rubber band and questionable craftsmanship which is trendy - probably not. I was on a 1 day business trip in Vegas. I was wandering around inside the New York New York Casino when I saw the Swatch store. I walked inside and was greeted by Ariella. She was incredible. I don't even wear watches but my husband does. She had me buying two watches within minutes. One even for me. I gotta tell you, I LOVE MY WATCH lol!! And my husband absolutely loves his also. Ariella was like my best friend in there. She built instant rapport. She was extremely bubbly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She needs to be cloned for any and all retail stores. This was our first time in a Swatch store however we used to wear Swatches back in the day. We were very surprised by how amazing the customer service was and how bright and inviting the store looked. Although we weren't thinking about buying anything, we ended up buying two watches mainly thanks to the manager who was serving us. He was very informative, funny and patience as my wife wanted to try on numerous watches. The young lady at the cash register was also very friendly.
