Since we don't have a Dior store here in Seattle and I knew that we'd be going to Vegas, I called the store and asked if they had the 2 in 1 Montaigne pouch in stock. Olga, the SA who answered the phone, told me that they have a few but in case they ran out, I should just call or text her a few days before my flight. I did text her and asked her to reserve one for me and she did! She was out when I got to the store but one of the managers helped me with my purchase. They were all so friendly and they let me look at their other bags without making me feel weird. They also answered all of my questions about the designs I was looking for. My wife loves this designer and I love making her happy so she picked out a bag and 2 bracelets that she liked. Prices are in line with the quality you get with these items. There was a lady ( I think the manager) that was very nice and informative besides the associate that helped us out. Great customer service, clean store, and very good attitudes. Went there again after 4 months and got the same treatment. Last time I was there the SA did not want to help me and my mom because we want to try on belt. She kept on walking away and when we talked to her she just turn around. When my mom asked to see the bags and shoes she did not. So we end up getting the belt online. Yesterday, we went again, this time I went after work so I was in my working clothes. I bought a chanel before went in to Dior. As soon as I stepped in they start looking me from my toes to head and gave attitude. While asking if I have any questions both employees (one of them was the one from last time) stared at my shoes and point to chanel bag then start looking at me from head to toe again. They were speaking in Chinese. So I just walked out even though I wanted to get a purse. I think this place should retrain their employees to treat customers better and not based on their look. My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I worked with Andy Garcia. He was very polite and friendly. He kindly explained the designs and concepts behind the products for us, helped us try on some of the items we looked at. He was never pushy. He made sure to give us space while we shopped, but at the same time, was very attentive and professional. He was the best representation of the brand. Dior bags are very cute as well but I do love their RTW. I just wished they had more items in stock. However it seems like this boutique is much bigger and has a lot more selections than the one in the Crystals mall, so if you want to browse, I would recommend going to this boutique (inside Bellagio). read more

Why does this place have poor reviews??? Every Dior I've been to has impeccable service and this one was no exception. I was there for several minutes and I saw all types of customers come in and every single one was greeted right away and treated with respect and care. It is smaller than the boutique at Crystal's near Aria, but they still have tons of eye candy to look at. My sales associate was super friendly and showed me all the bags I requested to look at, including the Lady Dior and Diorama. Not only that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the fashion house and let me know what inspired each bag design. I never knew that the Diorama came in several different colors! I was able to touch and try so many of them that I'm now obsessed with this bag and am debating on saving up for one. Definitely worth coming in here, especially if you do not have a boutique in your area like I do. I've become a Dior convert for sure after visiting this place and the Crystals boutique! Well, some of the items in Las Vegas' Dio Boutiques may be last season or even the seasons prior because it's not exactly Rodeo Drive or the South Coast Plaza. I mean think of Vegas and think of the red necks that live around the area. You think they can really afford high quality designer goods for top dollars? I don't think so. It's not LA or NY or Paris or Milan, etc... So yes, they'll have the ugly saddle bags and tassels everywhere. With that said, I went to this Dior knowing that I was going to find a hot deal. The day prior, I walked by after losing four bills from gambling and was too depressed to even step foot into the boutique. Later that night, I won back all my money and knew that if I didn't go shopping with it, I'd loose it all again...so, I hurried my lil ass over to the Forum Shoppe and found a great pair of 600 puppies for 40% off :) Woooohoooo! The sales rep, I think her name was Stella, was very helpful. The shoes didn't come in my size, so she called around until she found em' at Caesear's Palace. The reps at this location seemed friendlier than the ones at Caesear's. I didn't care...I'm not the one working retail...so I walked up to one of em snooty reps, gave em' Stella's card so she gets the commission and took my hot pair of brown suede Diors home. read more

Okay I am a huge fan of CD and I went to Paris to buy the latest bags. When I came home I noticed that I had been getting a weird stain on my shoulders. So when I was in Vegas by chance, I stopped in to ask them about my purse. They actually had the AUDACITY to tell me that Oh.. yah that happens A LOT, it's a GLOSSING issue. The package arrived but wallet was missing from Dior box which I did not discover until I had mailed it to the person it was for, which was really bad..I found out after the person got the Dior box, opened it to find it empty...Also, the sales person, Rhoda, has been texting me ever since I made the purchase. It seems like I've always had bad luck with Dior. I ordered a pink new lock pouch from NY boutique , the bag arrived with a minor damage so I returned back to the boutique with no problem. I then ordered the exact same bag from Las Vegas boutique on May 9th , the bag arrived on May 15th . The bag did not came with a box , only a dust bag . (Manager explained to me the clutch does not come in a box, but the one from NY did ) Then on the right side of the bag had a dent and the without box issue seemed weird to me , so i returned the bag . I mailed out on may 18th , before mailing out I texted the SA that sold the bag to me . He disappeared ! Did not return any of my message!!!!!!! I called about a week later checking up on the process, another lady SA answered my call , she told me I cannot get a refund because it was pass the 10 day return period. I explained that the shipping take time, just like how when I ordered the bag on the 9th but didn't get it till the 15th !! She told me she would talk with a manager and call me back, and guess what ? She disappeared too! I called the las vegas boutique this morning and luckily the manager answered the phone, I thought finally someone I could talk to. I came here after a long and tiring episodes at cesar's trying to get my second choice shoe. Alas, in an effort to save time, I stopped into the Bellagio location and boy was I happy I did. Upon entering I was offered water ( was not offered any at Cesar's) and was immediately helped with everything I needed. The sales associate offered great advice on my purchase and was helpful with all of my questions. This was such a relief given that I had been treated terribly by another associate at the forum shops. Sadly, I saw two or three other pairs, but as a result of my previous experience did not have time to try on. Great store, friendly staff, I will come back again. I was extremely bothered about the situation because I have always had positive experiences at Dior, and to no surprise I noticed on google reviews that another customer having issues twice with Yuqi as well. Yesterday I was looking to purchase some shoes, but throughout my time there Yuqi acted like me asking for shoe sized was an inconvenience for her. So I blew up! So while I was walking out I made sure that everyone could hear the following, "I can read prices you uneducated idiot, unlike you I don't work retail for Christian Dior, I BUY IT, and I asked you to package the bag not price it...there's your meals for a month bitch...off to FENDI!" OMG - words cannot express what wonderful experience we had here with Alexandra. I walked in just wanted to "look" because i saw their new Diorama Bag which looks kinda like a Chanel Boy (which is out of my budget!) and wanted to take a look - and I've been in love with the Lady Dior Bag for over 10 years but have never been able to afford it. Alexandra was MORE than helpful showing me all the various colors and options - she was NOT snobby at all - in fact totally welcoming - the entire store was! And I will say - I have shopped at a few LV stores and they are ALWAYS SNOBBY - and these Dior Bags start at some of the more expensive LV bags - no need for snobbery people! So anyways - I fell in love with the large grey Diorama - but the price was WAY more than I was wanting to spend - but after some convincing by Alexandra we agreed to put the bag on hold and walk around and think about it. 2 hours later we swung back around and after much deliberation decided to purchase. There were some issues with the credit cards - i guess Dior corporate won't let them run a CC more than once - but my credit card companies kept thinking they were fraud purchase (high $$ and unusual city) even when I called and asked them to clear it - and it still wouldn't process when i was on the phone with them and Dior tried to swipe. Regardless, we found a work around - it was tedious - but Alexandra stayed with us the entire ordeal - over 2 hours - and fed us champagne i some gorgeous Dior crystal glasses, halloween candy and waters :) It was in the end a wonderful experience. I love my bag - the quality is amazing - the detail is beautiful and i love how it's much more exclusive (not as widely made) as the Chanel Bags. It's the new bag from their 2015 Cruise Collection and I'm SO glad we walked in "just to look." Thinking back - no regrets, but wish i looked more at the Lady Dior's too - BUT i love my bag - its an investment and it's a new fresh bag :) LOVE IT! read more

I love this store. Not only for the merchandise, but the sales people were truly courteous, professional and helpful here as well. A friend and I wandered in here after some shoes in the window caught our eye. We wandered in to try them on. While we were there, the salespeople offered us a drink and were so knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have my size, so they quickly found the shoe in my size at another location and offered to have it transferred over to this store in 2 hours. We came back later to try on the shoes again and we both ended up buying a pair. The whole shopping experience was so luxurious, we truly felt pampered by the sales staff, even as we hemmed and hawed for a loooong time on whether or not to buy the shoes. No pressure and no rush!
