In less than 24 hours of signing up, I received nearly 20 texts, calls, and emails, after I had confirmed twice we would be there. I later find out, they started texting my friend who also signed up, trying to get $28 from her *for a free trial class "because the other location was closer to her*... when we mapped it, there was a 2 minute difference. I called the woman and she first came across nasty, which I very abruptly did not allow. Finally, the day of the class I decided that not only I felt discouraged but beyond annoyed to the point when we decided to cancel. And of course, I spent the entire day trying to get ahold of someone and nobody answers the phone. Overall, TERRIBLE management and treating people that were excited and very willing to pay their obnoxiously priced monthly rates.

After neglecting exercise all of my life, my body began feeling the consequences. For years I bounced between yoga, physical therapy, personal trainers, boxing, deep tissue massage, with little to show for them, and an accelerating rate of injuries. Pilates has helped me understand my body and physiology in ways I never could (sometimes in ways that still don't make rational sense). To not rant on for too long, I can confirm I am hooked on pilates for life. 2. Six Degrees is an incredible studio. Every teacher is supremely skilled not just in their practice but also in coaching. But instead of just taking my word, I think the best evidence is simply the number of students that have been coming to this studio for 10, 15+ years. I literally revolve my life around the classes at PB. I feel so incomplete without it! Each and every one in the instructors are amazing. When I met them for the first time, they really take the time out to learn your name and it makes you feel "seen" and comfortable. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming from when you walk into the studio and at the barre. They make sure that your form is correct so you don't injure yourself and even explain in class what moves focus on what muscle groups of your body!
