I tried the Saturday Aerial Yoga class (it was my first time and I would consider myself a beginner at yoga in general) I registered online which was easy, and simply signed in when I got there. The staff was very helpful, provided me with a mat and showed me around to what I would need. I was very hesitant and scared but the instructor made it an inviting place offered help and encouragement. It was a very hard class for me personally (I need to work on some core strength before going back) but absolutely worth it! It was a great experience and something fun to try! Hands down one of the best yoga studios in the area. I've been to most spots in Morristown and the surrounding area, this place really takes the cake. Its cleanliness, large studio size, awesome teachers, and hospitable staff & owners make all the difference. They have both hot and normal room temp yoga, and cater to both experienced and beginning yogis. They also offer a variety of other class types like Barre, spin, aerial yoga, and more. Amazing place! I've been to multiple gyms and yoga places over the years and have never stuck to anything. I never felt comfortable. But here is so welcoming and feels like a family. Everyone is so kind and really gets to know you. The other clients are super friendly as well and everyone wants to help you achieve your best. The instructors really know their stuff! I began coming to inner spirit as a first time yogi in feb of 2020. I was nervous and definitely intimidated to start somewhere with little to no experience. I began yoga because I was bored of just weight lifting and I needed a different type of workout as well as stretching. The first day I walked into Inner Spirit, I met with Jen the owner. She was super informative and invited me back for a class later that evening. Fast forward to months later - I'm hooked! Jen and all the instructors are not only unique in their own way during practices but are extremely helpful and encouraging and never make anyone feel like a beginner in a room full of people with different levels of experience. Also, pre and post Covid/quarantine, the studio is always super clean. Jen and staff definitely care about the well being, safety and most importantly health of all of their members. I transferred from fireshaper in rutherford to here based on location. its closer to home plus its right off rt10 literally. Parking is free no need to feed the meters. The place Is locatex on 2nd floor. The moment u go in and up the stairs you can smell that eucalyptus type scent. So relaxing. The place is neat clean and semi dark which I like cuz it gives you that relaxing feeling. The bathroom is awesome. They hav3 mouth wash. Qtips. Bags to out ur wet cloths after yoga cuz youll be sweating alot! And two showers w. Hairdryers. Also has for men and women! Which is a smart idea. Everything is great exceot maybe they should have stalls to those who just want to literally change and leave but thats not a problem yet for me since I havent encountered a class w. Tons of people. Today I went ti thr 1130 class instructor was denise. I loooved the class in so many levels. First she asked at the beg. Of thr class if there is anything wed like to en corporate and I said. Core. And boy how great our core exercise was. Another thing I love is how patient she was. I am not that flexible and I loved how she was patient w. Novices like me but yet give that challenge still. Now when I go back, I will definitely try and try harder. As she said we learn to walk before we learn how to run. Agree totally! I would def go to more of her classes. So today, I also met angelo who was the owner of the studio. Very nice guy. Approach able. Very. I will def. Sign up the 60 bucks for next month then 100 july and august each for 2 summer months. I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this is my favorite by far! This studio is immaculate. They also offer a great variety of classes that cater to all levels. The yoga instructors are all amazing and super nice. Last but not least, the owner of the studio, Jen, is one of the best business owners I have ever met. She makes it a point to get to know every student and will do everything she can to ensure that you have a great experience at her studio. I love this studio!!! read more

Maybe this places is good if you are pretty advanced at yoga but if you are a beginner it really is not a good place to go. My mom and I went to an "All Levels" class and it was awful. We had no idea what we were doing because it was our very first class. The Instructor went through everything super fast and didn't really explain how to do any of the positions. He also didn't correct us if we were doing something wrong. Like I said if you are a beginner definitely do not go to this place. Also the times during the week for classes are terrible. Not everyone is a stay at home mom that can go to a yoga class at 2 in the afternoon or 8 in the morning. Inner Fire Hot Yoga is amazing. Classes are inexpensive and many different affordable membership levels are offered. The teachers are friendly, and have no problem readjusting or explaining and demonstrating modifications. They each also add their own personal flair to the classes. I've always been a fan of vinyassa yoga but at IFHY I have grown to love many different styles including Bikram and Evolution (new classes are also always being added). The classes are challenging and heart pumping but not over whelming. I've never felt out of place if I've needed something explained or if I had to leave the room. My absolute favorite thing about IFHY is that its fun. We laugh, we sweat and work as a team on our journey to a healthier lifestyle. INFY isn't a studio, it is a community and I cannot wait to embark on a journey with my new friends and yogi family. read more

Do not go here!! The owner left a roomba (one of those circular, automatic vacuums) in the back of a packed class. While doing a position that required you to flip over, my foot landed right on the thing, it came on and and I fell, immediately dislocating my shoulder. The owner came out of the class because he saw the whole thing. Thousands of dollars in surgery later, the sleazy owner is saying it never happened and refuses to even give me my money back for classes. He ended up yelling at me on the phone when I brought up the fact that he was In the class when it happened. I was so disgusted, and now I'm left with hundreds of dollars worth of classes that I can't even use (and which he won't let me transfer to someone else). Everyone has told me I should sue, which I don't want to do, but I don't know what else to do at this point, and it might come to that. read more

Just moved to the area and gave this place a try today, originally I was going to just do a drop in class but impulse-bought the unlimited month online thinking I would force myself to get back into vinyasa after about a year break. There will be no forcing- I can't wait till the next class. The place is super clean, great heating and humidifier, and doesn't have that "Bikram" smell that most of the carpeted yoga studios have. So I bought a Groupon for 10 cycle 60 classes. They were about to expire so a few days before they expired, I wrote to the contact email and asked if there was a way to extend it. I didn't get a response until 4 days later telling me if I bought a 10 class pack at full price ($175), they'd extend my classes for a full year. I wrote back and asked if I could pay it on a payment plan. I was offered $100 down and $75 whenever. That's not exactly a payment plan. I countered with $50 down cash, and $25 a month after that. He said $50 down and $50 a month. If I could pay $50 a month, I would have. I responded with "I can't do $50 a month." and the response I got back was, "k." I wanted to keep the classes because I love the one instructor, Brian. (Danielle, not so much. The music she plays is good, but she is extremely boring.) It just seems that if you're trying to keep a business open, and you only have like 25 clients total as it is, you'd try and keep the ones that want to come back. I'm very disappointed. read more
