My first massage was ok, solid but nothing that would have pushed me to return. She was kind, listened to my concerns, but I need very specific type of massage and therapy for my needs. She absolutely tried her best, it just wasn't up to par for me. My second massage with cupping was much better, from the owner Sara! Her technique was very good, and what I'm usually looking for. She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara. The space is absolutely beautiful as well, see pictures. I would recommend this business based on my experiences! I have not attended yoga or their sauna yet, so cannot comment on that.

I highly recommend buying all the equipment you could possibly need so that you don't have to worry about renting it or buying it later on. There are videos to follow when you exercise in the mini-hot studio, but you can pace yourself. The staff are really nice when they are available. I wish there were more community events to try to get local gym members to interact with each other more but otherwise this is a nice option to have for a gym. Need to make more time for it.

They also have in the back of the gym dumbbells and kettlebells and stability balls so you can really do everything that you need to do right here! Plus this place is open 24/7 and the classes are always running so there's no excuse! The options vary in intensity and you can try different ones so that was fun checking out the different speeds and spins of the machinery to my body. It took a bit of getting used to but definitely felt in the relaxed zone by the end. The receptionists were great to get you signed in- they have 6 chairs and a group was just leaving as we came in so worked out great for us, but if you want to be safe check online and reserve a spot! I liked seeing the saunas are meant for 1 or 2 people at a time so you'll have that all to yourself as well. The bathroom and showers seemed well appointed and a great rainfall showerhead. The whole space is well planned for relaxation without feeling like a car wash. I think their current offering of membership options still too pricy unless you really will be around 2 times a week (maybe worth it if that's your only you-time!) but their one off prices are still pretty reasonable and I would happily return and bring friends!

Then if they changed the plans of the classes, then myself was not properly either reimburse or apportioned something comparable without having to ask. They would've just let me throw my money for absolutely nothing. The stress, time, and energy of the negotiations of this, and then being asked several times and my willingness to tell the managers/admin why I did not want to rejoin the gym made for a very unpleasant experience. When I would try to do the classes which I paid for in advance but then after the changeover, the staff who taught the classes didn't seem to be getting reimburse properly and it was a struggle to sign up what I had paid for. Why I couldn't just be offered 4 free shakes or 50% of the full amount I paid for a few classes at that time as I had used about half of what I paid for, because that is the equivalent amount I didn't use at that time is beyond me. The system where managers supposedly cannot reimburse or offer something reasonably comparable with flexibility where the customer is negotiating a reasonable request from the beginning is aggravating and very absurd. Over 2 years later, I am still on their e-mal list. I have requested many times to be removed from the e-mail list and they keep sending me things, but under a different name usually because personnel change. This is a gym with good parking and they keep the equipment in reasonable shape overall, but the system needs to change greatly. I had to think about writing this review because it has been so long, but it is totally relevant and related to when I was with this particular Edge for 1 year and 2 or 3 months.
