Don't bother ordering online with these guys. I don't think they even check them. I placed an order well over an hour ago and it's still in the packing phase. Website said it would take 10-20 minutes to be ready, and I know it's not always accurate but I feel like more than an hour is pretty ridiculous considering it was a 2 item order. They paid for my review to be deleted off of google, but I don't quit that easily. I bought some pre-rolls with my group. We purchased some prerolls and when we got in our car and looked at the pre-rolls, and realized over half the weed was missing from one of our pre-rolls. My friend went back inside to get another one and the guy said "they all come like that." (The guy had long curly dirty blonde hair) My partner is a budtender, and they said they have never seen a pre-roll that looks like the ones we got. I've been smoking since I turned 21 and even I know this doesn't look right. This is super disappointing, and my friends, partner and I will not be returning and I will be recommending my friends and family to a better dispensary. Terrible customer service. As hours are stated that they close at 10 they have doors locked while another customer is in there at 9:50(not sure when they locked it up). Seems like they just want to get in and get out and not serve to those who want to purchase from the shop. I hope those that were on shift tonight (7/20/2024) don't get paid for the last hour of work because they didn't seem to be working at all and just on their phones while keeping customers from entering. read more

Showed up last night to grab a pre roll as I was in pain and needed something to help me sleep that night. I showed up 6minutes to closing along with another gentleman and were told the last customer is allowed in at 955 but that's when their doors close(it was still 5 min to closing when he told us they were already closed and a customer had just left when we walked up). Would've been nice before specifically driving to that dispensary rather than another close by one that wouldn't have turned me away. Not to mention the two guys there were treating us like we had berated him. The other guy that also showed up literally just said "please?" To grab something real quick. I understand if we had showed up after the time you said you're open till. But we had 5 min and if that's the case, you need to advertise as such. Won't be returning or suggesting this dispensary to anyone. Sucks.. but I'd rather pay more and not be treated like garbage. read more

Usually a cool dispensary but I got a limp messed up joint that was $20 and brought it back and asked if they could do something because whoever packed it did it wrong and Chloe (the manager) told me I need to put it away and leave and there's nothing they could do. Rudy and Frank were incredibly rude, my husband and I came in to purchase some flower. My husband is fairly discerning and asked to look at multiple products, if the product was not something he wanted he moved onto the next one. Rudy the bud tender became increasingly irritable and short with my husband to the point of being rude. My husband attempted to explain that he was simply trying to find a product that he was interested in. The situation quickly escalated to both Rudy and Frank raising their voices and telling us to either "Buy the fucking flower or get out. This is too much." We attempted to purchase the flower we had already chosen and were refused service. Being someone who works in the industry I can honestly say this type of behavior is terribly inappropriate. We have been to SWEDco countless times and have always received exceptional service from every bud tender- espeicially Julia, Jay, and Alyssa W! This is our first and only negative experience at SWEDco and we will not be returning. It's a shame to lose such a favorite spot over a couple of bad attitudes. We will never be back to this shop. However, shoutout to Julie, Alyssa, Jay, Margot, and all the other solid ones. read more

The absolute worst Custer service I have ever experienced baught two cartridges from these guys both burned before finishing the first 25% of the cart came to ask if I can replace it with a different cart and they said they can't do anything about just cause it "still works " like are you kidding me?
