staff are rude and condescending. I went there 12/25/25 and I just went in there and I cracked a small little joke which was no way offensive whatsoever. It was just a joke said you guys have a present for Santa Claus told me to come here and the look that I got in the comments that I got was just once gone to a dispensary and been treated so venomously, they are not professional. They need to be retrain ASAP because they will do this in the wrong person and they may not have or even temper like I do. They may just react explosively, and they may pass away end up harmed because of how they treat the customers. read more

I came into Nebula Cannabis on 3/13/22, I was helped by someone named Chris. His customer service was great, and he was super friendly. However, I had to go back into the store on 3/15/22 because the battery & cartridge I bought on 3/13/22 wasn't working. There were two ladies working, the second I walked through the door their attitudes were poor. I explained what had happened, and I was asked if I had the receipt. I couldn't remember if I got one, or not. After they looked me up in their books, and verified I was there, they exchanged my battery, thinking it was a battery problem. I asked the lady how I do I know that this battery is going to work, she said that the battery just needed to be charged. I took the battery home, charged it until it was full, & the battery and or cartridge, still did not work. I went back into Nebula today, 3/16/22, to tell them the battery AND/OR cartridge still was not working, & I was greeted by the same two ladies as I was on 3/15/22. They immediately started telling me that they looked up security footage from 3/13/22 and saw that I was in fact, handed a receipt. Even though I said I either wasn't given one, OR it's in my car & I couldn't find. Either way, they texted me my receipt on 3/15/22, from my purchase on 3/13/22. I told the ladies that the 2nd battery they gave me did not work. They asked me if it was the battery or the cartridge, which I said "I don't know", they ladies themselves said that they don't know if it was the battery or cartridge. They refunded me for the battery, but when I asked them about the cartridge, they said because they don't know if it was the cartridge that was the problem, they couldn't exchange the cartridge, & because they don't make PROFIT off of refunding a cartridge, they wouldn't refund me my money for the cartridge. I explained to them that I wasn't even able to take a hit off the cartridge because either the battery or cartridge wasn't working. Both female employees were RUDE, and REFUSED to either exchange or refund me, for the cartridge that was still FULL. I told both ladies that the cartridge hadn't been hit off of, because every time we tried, we got nothing. One of the females that was standing across that room (15+ feet from me) said she could tell the cartridge was smoked off of. I walked out & will never be back. They steal money from you, instead of fixing the problem that THEY SOLD. I took the cartridge to another dispensary, and had TWO bud tenders try the cartridge, & the bud tenders also confirmed that the cartridge was FULL and that the cartridge WAS BAD. It wasn't the battery that was broken, it was the cartridge, but because Nebula Cannabis doesn't care about selling broken items & refuses to make it right with their customer, I'm stuck with a broken cartridge. If I could rate 0 stars, I 100% would. Highly recommend taking your money & time elsewhere, because the employees at this location are rude, disrespectful, and care only about the profit they make off of their customers, and not about if they're selling faulty products to customers. I added photos on my Google review, to prove the cartridge was NOT smoked out of and it's still a full cartridge. Bought a brand new product from here. Got home, product was defective, wouldn't fire all. Bring in the product and am told. Sorry it's out of the box so it can't be exchanged/refunded. I asked the simple question that anyone with common sense would ask. How do we know if it's defective or not if we don't take it out of the box? I was met with a confused look and told "I don't know" so all I'd like to do is exchange my defective new and still full pen or a refund. Didn't matter, obviously money wasn't the issue or I wouldn't have bought the pen in the first place. It's the principal, they took my money. I just wanted a product for the money that actually worked. Well they refused to do ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE!! THERES 2 MORE STORES A FEW BLOCKS FROM HERE. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff here. If they don't have a product you asked for, they offer an alternative so you do NOT go home empty handed. Regular sales and incentives encourage consumers to spend more and save to earn discounts and store swag. Nebula also has a decent variety of herb related products outside of the expected top quality consumables. There is something here for everyone. read more

I came in here on 4/13/22 around 4:20 (ha ha) pm. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the name of the employee that helped me, but she did tell me was a manager, so that might narrow it down! I cannot express enough how happy I was when I left. Not only did she help me with exactly what I was looking for super quickly , she made a point to have an actual conversation with me, and honestly, it made such a long day so much better. On top of all that, she hooked me UP with all kinds of goodies on top of my purchase!! This girl deserves a raise and if I could give her 6 stars I would!!! read more
