I went there waited hours just to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. When I got my vehicle back an hour later my tire was going flat...... I went to put air in it and they had these extenders on my valve stems that I can't get air in. I called them and asked them why, because I never agreed to them being added. They told me they would get back to me and I never heard from them again. Terrible customer service! I will never use them again and I own a fleet of vehicles. read more

I've been coming to NTB for a little while now, and some of the staff are incredibly professional like CJ and John who help me out all the time, but every time I leave, I feel as if something always gets broken, especially wheel caps (at least 2 or 3) and lately my driver side strut. It was broken clean off as you can see in the picture. I booked an appointment at 2pm and waited more than 3 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When they finally got done and pulled my truck around, I noticed that my truck seemed to be riding a bit lower than usual, and I could hear grinding and squealing noises coming from the font end of my truck. I even asked one of their mechanics to test drive the truck for me, and they said that all the noise I was hearing was normal. The next day, the whole situation didn't sit right with me and I checked under my truck, and low and behold, the entire strut was completed broken off. I got quotes from 3 reputable shops (Midas, Flynn's, Firestone) and the Nissan dealership to see how much it would cost to repair the damages, and all of them quoted about $1,500 and the dealership almost $2,000. I called and spoke with a district manager, who told me they would review footage of my truck being worked on. I even went back to the shop to see the footage for myself. Yes, no one was banging on my strut or anything crazy, but part of what I paid for included a 28-point inspection of the vehicle, which was obviously not completed to standard. Someone could have died if I lost control of my truck due to the negligence of this crew failing to properly inspect a vehicle. I obviously don't expect every tiny problem to be addressed, but I find it impossible to believe that something as significant as a broken strut could go unnoticed. It's not like a strut is hard to see either, any competent mechanic would have noticed a broken strut in plain sight when rotating tires. Quite frankly, I have zero confidence in NTB's inspections going forward. The absolute least they could have done was throw my truck back on the rack to inspect it again when I suspected that there were issues, but they failed to do even that. Everyone I spoke to blew my off saying that it was already broken when I brought my truck in. All I know is, when I brought my truck in, I had zero issues. Now I have a $2,000 bill, and NTB refuses to take responsibility for it. I got a call from the district manager in Cleveland, and he agreed to refund my oil change, but I feel like that's just as good as fixing an amputation by slapping a band-aid on. I'm still stuck with hundreds of dollars in repairs. At the end of the day, if I can't even trust NTB to notice a major malfunction like a broken component in plain view, how can I trust them to change my oil or torque my lugs? read more

Brought my tire to them because it was leaking air. They broke the valve trying to get the air out and then tried to make me pay for it. I told them I wouldn't pay for their mistake. After hours of waiting I finally got my car back. The next month I had to take the wheel off and found they used an impact wrench to put the wheel on. I destroyed four lug nuts getting it off. We headed there and despite the wait and appointments they have booked they fit us in in-between and an hour later we were on our way! Very nice of them to accommodate. I called to get oil change , they said come in we'll get you in right away . The guy that helped me keep goin in the back the coming back to me telling I needed different things on my car I said I'm not paying you any more then the oil change trying to get more money out of me . After doing that two times an hour later it took to get my oil changed when should of took no more than 15 minutes . Don't get Ripper off by them just because your a women !! read more

WARRANTY FRAUD Michelin 60,000 mile warranty tires, all four tires need replaced after 18,000 miles. NTB Boardman oh Inspected the tires- I left the car with them for 1 full day and the fake warranty completed after 4 days. The manager said , he would do the best he could, because Michelin was difficult to work with. NTB offer fake warranty - 4 tires @ $605.00. I felt I was being lie too. I contracted Michelin warranty. Michelin never received a warranty claim from NTB. They explained that the warranty would take 15 minutes while you wait. It you had a warranty done there call Michelin to confirm. Michelin advised me to go to another tire dealer to have the warranty claim completed. They instructed me to call first - Not every Michelin dealer will complete the claim. When the claim is completed they will offer a warranty voucher , that you can use at any Michelin dealer. I did get claim completed at another dealer, it only took 15 minutes and was offered 60% offer of new tires. Michelin owns NTB tires - Be Careful. read more

Spiked hair employee with glasses should not be working in any customer service environment. I was told I could bring my tire in and it would get fixed right away. No one was waiting. When I bring it in he says 1.5-2 hours to change a tire! I said the guy told me it would happen right away. He replies "he didn't say that. You misunderstood" Oh ok. Please explain how I can misunderstand that? Right away or 2 hours? If you go there try to avoid that guy. read more
