First time last time. 9:25 was told only 2 ahead of you so now good time. Its now 11:00 and im next and have been next for a while. Seems like only 2 people woking on cars and from what i see one is eating snacks out of bag. Calling 90 year old parents to change lunch plans telling them make it dinner. Free tire rotations. I wouldn't even give them an any review. I was going to get my tires replaced, I had another set of wheels, I dropped them off they said they would get to working on it. These wheels are very very very expensive I know I'm stupid for taking them its like eating at McDonalds and expecting it to taste like Hells Kitchen but I was recommended to me by someone with the same wheels and had no problems. I watched as my wheels sat there for WELL over an hour just for them to tell me they can't put the tire on but they will at least take the old one off so I said ok. The guy started taking them off handed me the first wheel, I looked down and it is ALL SCRATCHED, deep scratches. When I showed them they said it would come out and I rubbed off the bits off black but that deep scratch was magically still there. I could not wait any longer as I had to get to work after waiting now for well over 2 hours to get tires on watching multiple other cars go in before me as they just show up. They kept going on about how they will not be paying for them because I was denied for previous services. So my almost $2,000 wheels can not be fixed because they refused to put tires on but happily took them off. I guess it was my dumb thought to take them there but I knew their equipment was rubber or so I thought, anyway I will not be going back, I don't think I would trust them to put tires on a lego set. I stopped to have a screw removed from my tire & have them put a plug in it. I was in @ out in less than an hour for only &20!

I had gone into flynns tire to get 1 more tire replaced that couldn't be done at another shop. I was referred to flynns by them. I proceeded to take my SUV to them. They then charged me for complete brand new tire as I wanted. To only get the vehicle back and weeks later having issue with the one tire holding air. They proceeded to argue with me about the tire they are fixing isn't theirs and there was no rotation done to the vehicle. Yet its standard regardless to rotate them. Since they wanted to argue the rotation. I then showed them that they never reset the tire pressure within. In doing so it was showing my right passenger tire was low, when in reality it was drivers side. This is clear and evident evidence that the tires were rotated and that in fact tire on was the brand new one. Yet still leaking air and not holding more than 24PSI out of 40. Thats since i left shop this morning its dropped that bad. I would just like a refund to go get another SAFE tire for my wife's vehicle. Its sad the clown Randy at the front who calls himself a manager. Only cares about taking care of company rather than paying customers. Way to hose clients this close to Christmas! read more

Flynn's tire in Boardman is a great place to do Business whether your buying tires, I need of mechanical service for your vehicle or oil changes you could count on great people and friendly service. So Flynn's on market street in boardman Ohio is by far the worst place I have ever bought tires or anything ever. The manager Bryan is rude as shit chewing and spitting his tobacco all over the place. They broke a lug nut stud off of a new Toyota Tundra were boardman Toyota and Flynn's are the only ones ever to touch the tires or the lug nuts at that. They wanted to charge me 45 dollars to fix something that they broke that literally only cost me 13 at another place with genuine Toyota parts. When Bryan decided to tell me about it he wanted to give me attitude about it and said I can just drive my truck out with out anything. When I finally agreed to them fixing it they said it would be about another hour mind you I have been there for two hours already when I was told it was only going to take an hour and ten min. After the third hour went by Bryan came out and told me they can't even find the part and it would be another hour to get it here and another hour to fix it. So I said bring me my truck I'll take it else we're to fix and Bryan got more attitude about me saying that so never again will I be buying anything from them. I will also make sure nobody I know goes to them to worst experience I have ever had buying anything. read more
