Ordered inside and after five minutes I watched through the open window that hot slice sliding out of the oven and into my awaiting hands. That slice easily passed the "flop test" - proudly it stood firmly in my grasp. The crust and bottom had a beautiful char with a heavenly crunch on that first anticipated bite. Not overly cheesy and loved the thin layer of tangy sauce. Hats off to the pizza maker on this masterpiece. I will return for a full pepperoni pizza.
