It was around holiday time so we decided to wait until the new year to begin the project. I got in touched with Wayne after the new year and we couldn't be happier with the end product. His pricing, expertise, and professionalism was unbeatable. From the time of us signing up for the project, it took about 6 weeks to get the project started and the once it started, about a few days for the fireplace installation from scratch, and then a few more days for them to install the mantel. And he let us know the ash pit clean out could be done on our own (to save $) & even gave us instructions how to do it. We will definitely be using them next year when we do need a cleaning! They were able to schedule a technician (Shawn) to come out within about 3 hours, which was incredibly helpful. Shawn arrived on time and was very kind and professional. He carefully inspected everything, explained what was going on with the fireplace, and ended up reinstalling a new remote and receiver to replace the broken one. He also took the time to walk me through how the system works and what I should do going forward to maintain it, which I really appreciated since I had zero experience with this unit.
