They were able to schedule a technician (Shawn) to come out within about 3 hours, which was incredibly helpful. Shawn arrived on time and was very kind and professional. He carefully inspected everything, explained what was going on with the fireplace, and ended up reinstalling a new remote and receiver to replace the broken one. He also took the time to walk me through how the system works and what I should do going forward to maintain it, which I really appreciated since I had zero experience with this unit. We have enjoyed working with Innovation Everyone we have encountered has been so polite and responsive Caleb came out to fix the blower and he had to do more work than We had planned. I left him at my home Alone so he kept me posted as to what he was doing. After the job was over, he let me know that there was a scratch on my marble outer hearth. He said he wasn't sure he did it, but if so, he would make it right.
