WOW... Where has this place been??!!!!! They are way more than just a frozen yogurt spot. They have frozen yogurt... plus crepes, waffles, and so much more! Great customer service and nice seating. It is a cute spot for a summer day to relax and spend time with friends. I ordered a Nutella banana crepe... they PACKED the crepe with Nutella and I melted LOL. Highly highly recommend checking this place out!

Sweet Berry will probably always be my favorite go to dessert place. No matter how many different crepes and gelato places I try, I always find myself coming back to Sweet Berry. Highly recommend the gelato crepe with strawberries/nutella - The crepe is always made to order so you know its fresh and delicious, and the gelato is a perfect addition to your hot crepe. Additionally, you cant go wrong with fresh cut strawberries and a drizzle of nutella! They've added new (or seasonal) flavors of frozen yogurts and gelatos, I love that you can sample as many gelatos as you'd like to. Would still recommend Sweet Berry for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth! As for service and ambiance: Sweet berry has super friendly workers, and its a cozy fro-yo esque shop in the city of fairfax. It's super family friendly!

Listen, I have been going to sweet berry for ever but ever since the new management took over from the old sweet Korean lady, the floors and walls and everything are really disgusting. I see the employees cleaning but there's nothing else they can really do because the grout and floors are so gross. There is dust everywhere. I can just tell the store isn't being taken care of well. I'm dissatisfied and hope inspectors can look into this. Not to mention it smells.

First time, and a pleasant experience. The girl at the register was so sweet, she gave great crepe recommendations. Perfect for this cold weather.

Sweet Berry is a great place to get crepes, waffles, froyo and gelato. It's one of my favorite dessert shops but I do have a few gripes regarding my most recent visit. I ordered a gelato crepe and the crepe was uniform in texture vs crispy at the edges which is important for the treat to go from mundane to out of this world! When the gelato crepe is already over $10, I begrudge that there is an upcharge for selecting a different gelato flavor than the one prescribed. Returning to the positive, the froyo and toppings selection is pretty great!

Food - 4.5. Service - 3. Ambiance -4. I got a blended latte. And a Nutella crepe with vanilla gelato. They were both really good. The crepe was perfectly soft yet crispy and was the perfect complement to the Nutella and the gelato. The blended latte was good but maybe not as coffee flavored as I would have liked. The biggest issue was the service. There was only one person working and I am guessing he was left employee less and didn't know what he was doing because the ordering process plus the food took a long time. But he as nice and I feel badly he was left by himself on a busy weekend.

11/15/2023 Great menu selection- perfect for those who have a sweet tooth AND a savory tooth lol. Good variety of gelato. Everything looks clean and service was nice and pretty quick for waffles/crepes! I have been coming here since I was a teenager. I have great memories with friends and stopping by to get a treat on the way home from work. When I was waiting for my order, a family came in after eating dinner together (I'm assuming) and looked so excited to get their frozen yogurt. It made me so happy that this place could give them that moment! I had great memories in the past with this place, and I'm definitely looking forward to taking my future family here for dessert when the time comes. Please never leave! :)

Overall, a solid place to grab dessert. They have a lot of options, including crepes, waffles, gelato, and frozen yogurt, along with some savory food options. When ordering, the service was super slow. I will preface this by saying, we had a large party ordering, but it was slow even taking that into account. I am not sure if the guy was new or something else, but he was taking forever, and he seemed confused when I put in my order. I initially wanted the Nutella Crepe with a scoop of gelato added on top because I thought it would be easier to share and I wanted to get a flavor of gelato that wasn't vanilla, but he seemed very confused for a minute, and then told me I should just get the Gelato crepe with Nutella drizzle instead, so I changed my order to that. He was very friendly though, so I don't knock him too much for the slower service. The Gelato crepe was pretty aesthetically pleasing. The crepe itself was very good, and I really liked it with the vanilla gelato and Nutella. However, I would say there were parts of the gelato that were slightly icy, but nothing too terrible. I have been here in the past, and I don't have too much to complain about. I would come back again.

I have a major sweet tooth so I visit this place frequently. They offer many goodies, including frozen yogurt, gelato, crepes, fruit smoothies, and so much more. Their desserts are consistently made well and are all delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out.

My ham and spinach crepe after I sliced a bit off

I used to come here during high school when it was fairly new - it was new and their food was fresh with some great crepe selections. Their ice cream was also quite good at the time as well. While I visited the area a number of times since I didn't stop by until now to see this nostalgic place. Usually crepe places tend to age over time as management becomes less attentive... But Sweetberry has managed to stay refreshingly modern, sanitary, and well branded. This is hands down one of my favorite crepe places and I wish I remembered earlier. I got the ham and spinach crepe which was savory and delicious - and very cleanly made. I also got some of their frozen yogurt - they literally have the best toppings here so make sure to enjoy all the possibilities - I'm a rainbow sprinkle and popping boba gal. Their cut fruit is fresh and their keep their toppings well maintained (no weird spillovers). If you're not sure about the yogurt popping bubbles, they taste like Yakult. Overall a great place I will try and come back to more often when I visit the area.

We ordered the Poulet Gruyere ($12.10) without the cracked pepper...and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. They cut it it in half, exactly as I requested. This crepe was generously packed with chicken/mushroom/peppers/cheese consisting of intense flavors. While I appreciate the generous amount of filling in the crepe, the ratio of crepe to filling was a little off. The filling probably would have been easier to eat in a wrap form. Nonetheless, it was still very flavorful and I highly recommend it. They have an extensive menu including sweet/savory crepes, all-day breakfast, waffles, various beverages. There is definitely something for everyone. The cafe has plenty of seating (inside & outside), but I would assume it may be a little crowded if/when they get busy. The employees were very friendly and accommodating in that they gave us an extra cup with ice and split and plated the crepe. I thought it was cool they sell the crepe mix separately. There are plenty of outlets for anyone who needs to charge their devices. One thing to note, the cafe is located in a very tight and potentially busy strip mall. While there is enough parking, it can be limited in the evening (from past experience. Would I return? Possibly, if I'm in the area.

Service | Chicken & Waffles | Raspberry Latte…read more Service - The service was the weak point of the experience. Our waiter was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to interact with, but overall the service was slow and inattentive. I'm not sure if he was covering multiple sections, but we visited on a Friday morning when the restaurant appeared to be about 65-75% full, so it didn't seem overwhelmed. Chicken & Waffles - Overall, a tasty dish. The chicken was flavorful, and the waffle was well prepared. My main critique is the ratio. There was significantly more waffle than chicken--roughly a 5:8 ratio. Personally, I prefer a 1:1 chicken-to-waffle ratio so that every bite has the perfect balance. Good meal, but the portion balance could be improved. Raspberry Latte - The highlight of the visit. The raspberry flavor complemented the coffee perfectly without being overpowering. It was smooth, well-balanced, and something I would absolutely order again. Why Not Five Stars? - The slow service. We noticed several tables in our section experiencing the same issue. One outdoor table waited a long time for drinks and didn't receive their food until we were halfway through our meal, despite arriving before us. Pro Tip: There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant, which makes visiting easy. After your meal, take some time to walk around the town. It's charming, pedestrian-friendly, and worth exploring.

I had been told what a great spot this was for breakfast and lunch by so many people, so when a friend invited me, I couldn't wait to try it out. Whether you are looking for a savory crepe with coffee or avocado toast with a mimosa bucket, you can get it all here. I could probably dine here every morning for a year and get something different every time! There's plenty of seating inside and outside the restaurant, and dogs are welcome for outdoor seating. (When my friend brought a frenchie she was petsitting, several employees asked if we needed water or other items for her!) There are also umbrellas for the outdoor tables for sunny mornings. I've received great recommendations from my servers, and they are knowledgeable about their extensive menu. Nothin' special. The others had the lobster benedict. While they were happy with the quantity of lobster, I did not hear any oohs or aahs about the taste. Service was either paced for a leisurely lunch, or too slow, depending on how you like to dine. If this is your neighborhood restaurant, it is a fine place to dine in good weather. I wouldn't cross town for it. Perhaps the lack of effort is because the focus is on the bakery downstairs, but the bistro upstairs falls just short of that je ne sais quoi that you want from a restaurant experience. This puffy, golden, oven-baked masterpiece rose higher than my student loan interest and deflated with more drama than my last relationship. Crispy edges, custardy center, a little powdered sugar on top -- I almost proposed to it right there at the table. Because I live dangerously (and by dangerously, I mean "order like I'm hosting a breakfast summit"), I also grabbed the avocado toast with poached eggs. Those eggs? Runny yolk perfection. Like, "I'd swipe right on you" perfection. They cascaded over the toast in cinematic slow-motion, and yes, I did that thing where you pause to admire the yolk river before diving in. And then came the sunny side up eggs with turkey sausage and wheat toast. The sausage actually tasted like turkey -- juicy, seasoned, not the "sad health food" vibe. Toast was crisp but not weaponized (you know what I mean if you've ever cut the roof of your mouth on a bad piece of bread).
