I immediately receive an automatic reply, letting me know that my request was received and that I could expect to hear back within 2 to 3 business days. Leah exceeded that expectation and actually got back to me within 24 hours. In her response Leah explained her plan and vision, based on the add-ons that I wanted, and even showed me how an element of our theme that I did not know how to incorporate could work on the cake. She sent back and forth examples to really narrow in the vision and provide guidance. Leah even went above and beyond to accommodate an early pick-up time since we were heading out of town with the cake. She was extremely accommodating to our special request for the cake details and the accompanying cupcakes we ordered, and consistently professional and responsive the entire time through. The final product was gorgeous and DELICIOUS. All of our guests (and us) were raving over and over about how good the cake was. So moist, great flavor, and just perfect. They have an ordering window and a pickup window, and you can order while maintaining a reasonable distance. For some reason, they've renamed their mint chip and mint oreo flavors into something less intuitive, forcing me to ask and have them tell me that it was just mint chip and mint oreo. I ordered the latter, plus a scoop of black cherry. You might be skeptical of combining mint and cherry, but it actually works really well (as I've learned from getting the occasional cherry on top of mint milkshakes). The cherry had whole cherry pieces, and the price for two scoops was low, so I was satisfied. The mint was nothing special. They do have some flavored ice for someone wanting non-dairy refreshments.
