I attended the "City of Lights Jazz & R & B Fest" in Las…read moreVegas last weekend.(April 25th & 26th)After checking out the food vendors...I spotted S&E's & walked over to check out their menu. I was about to order the ribs but wanted something a lil different & decided to give the brisket nachos a try!! And DAMN am I glad that I did!! After placing my order(I was advised to get the small by the really sweet woman who took my order) because she said it would feed 2. I paid, waited and when I picked up my nachos, my eyes popped outta my head. My plate looked like it could feed 4 not two!!!! AND it was heavy!!! When I finally got back to my seat(after being stopped several times to point to where I gotten my food)I dug into what I can only describe as the absolute BEST brisket nachos that I have EVER had in my life! I thought I'd died & gone to food heaven! Let me tell you....the meat was flavorful & tender & plentiful! And it was just the right(not skimpy)amount of toppings which were layered all throughout the chips to the bottom of my plate & not just "on top!" And you could tell that the beans, cheese, & cilantro....were all FRESH! This was my 4th time attending this festival(I'll be back next year) & I'm praying that S&E's Food Team will be back as well cuz I'm DEFINITELY grabbing me another plate of their scrumptious nachos!! (but I think I'll get the pulled pork next time!!)

These people are so RUDE. Came to the rodeo in Norco and stood in line for over an hour (no fault…read moreof the vendor) to be yelled at and disrespected by the lady taking orders. They have it advertised for 3 and 4 meat combos but won't let you order them and then you get two sides but can't do a double side and when I went to add my other daughters order to our order she starts yelling at me about how the 2 pc combos cost $30, as if we can't afford it? I haven't even eaten the food yet and to be honest if I hadn't stood in line for so long I would've taken my $140 somewhere else for 3 meals, 2 drinks and a side of street corn. And don't get me started on the teenagers not changing their gloves and touching everything in sight before handling our food, the ones that even bothered to put them on, that is. So no, I absolutely 100% do NOT recommend them. I will never bring them my money time or energy at any event ever again. In fact, I will RUN the other way. Edit: I have now tried the food. Definitely do not recommend.

The plus side this time around is that they have a completely covered area to eat your food. Picnic benches are laid out with a full awning. Parking is still great. Prices have gone up for both the tickets and parking so be prepared to pay $15 for parking and $15 to get inside. Services dependent on what vendor you buy your food from some will accommodate the request and others will not. Of course if there's no accommodation to the customer, they've lost my business.

[Parking]: $15 per vehicle for on-site parking just to enter the OC Fair & Event Center. [Admission]: Our party purchased the same-day tickets and paid a $16 per person entry fee. [What to expect]: The market was approximately half food vendors and half arts / crafts / gift vendors. There were solid craft and gift vendors, but not too many art vendors. The food was extremely overpriced ... a simple appetizer = at least $15+ & a filling meal = at least $25. The only real positive? There was a mahjong area that offered free lessons. The performance stage was alright. [Food]: Our party ended up getting only 6 pieces of soup dumplings (aka XLB) from Dumpling Dream for $14 and a cup of gelatea from Boutcha for $7.20 (one of the most affordable and best item to get at the market). [Conclusion]: If I ever come back to 626 Night Market, I would probably stick with the Arcadia location as parking is free and the admission fee is slightly cheaper. I am still having a hard time digesting the fact that getting into the market cost $30+ before even buying any food if I come here alone and I would also need to spend another $25+ just to feel like I had eaten a legit meal. I am good with this one-and-done visit.
