I came with my husband and mother in law. And He gave us the big gigantic guavas. He said he is Bisaya but the owner is Ilocano. But the pinapaitan was authentically cooked like an Ilocano so is the Kambing Caldereta and sinampalukan. It was early when we came so he did have a lot of food out yet.
