Unfortunately, the service really fell short. It took way too long just to be acknowledged. The restaurant is known for its classic Italian-American cooking, famously quirky house-made beef jerky, and national attention from its appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Beyond the dining room, Ernesto & Sons is also celebrated for serving what many locals call the best hoagies in Brigantine, New Jersey--stacked high with quality meats, fresh bread, and no shortcuts. Between its long history, loyal following, and standout specialties, Ernesto & Sons remains a must-visit spot that captures the heart of Brigantine's food scene.
