Why is it so difficult to find a decent mani/pedi these days? I don't mind paying $53 bucks and then having to tip two people bc they are too crowded to take their time, even though you called and made and appointment. But the service was less than stellar and I was served a side of attitude that I didn't ask for when I pointed out that I need a few cuticles cleaned up and the dark polish cleaned off of my fingers/skin. I absolutely love this nail salon. I use to live in queens where there were an abundant amount of nail salons all over bayside, hillside, and little neck. But ever since I moved to Long Island I searched for a god nail salon, one that looked clean and where the staff were very nice. I came upon sweet dreams and fell knew I'd be a life long customer. It is super clean and quiet - exactly what you want in a nail salon. I have a box set up there where I collect points for each of my visits. Because I have a box - everyone seems to know my name and when I walk in, always greet me. The only unfortunate part about this place is that they don't give you that quick back massage while your nails are drying. However they excel at everything else! Great place! read more

Salon is fine. No different than others. I came here because of a previous experience but looks like it changed ownership. It was a beautifully decorated place. Your hands would be washed and scrubbed in a sink upon arrival by a very nice Korean lady- I believe she was the owner. There was also a well-trained gentleman who did a wonderful back massage while your nails were drying. This was over 10 years ago. I'd love to find out if they moved somewhere else :( read more

In town for a wedding and wanted to get my toes done. Was greeted and they got me in a chair immediately. I got the regular pedicure, they will try to up sell you a few times (you can pay up to four times the price of a regular pedicure with extras.) very pleased with Lilly's work. VERY clean, They line the foot tub, tools are individually packed, etc. I would recommend for sure. read more

One of the few places open on a Sunday. Popped in to get pedicures with my friend. Regular pedicure is $18 and that's what I got and my friend wanted something more elaborate so she went ahead and picked the $35 spa pedicure. Well for my $18 I got a lot and she was so mad she spent so much when for $18 they went above and beyond! Clean place and nice atmosphere. read more

Worst nail salon. So over priced. Workers are extremely rude and rush you. Definitely takes away from the spa feeling. They told me "hurry up I have no time" and "they're in a rush" while I was picking my nail color. They rushed through my pedicure and didn't do a good job. I was expecting this place to be a lot better considering my regular nail salon charges $20 for a mani AND pedi when just a pedicure cost me $23 at sweet dream. They didn't even give a complimentary massage, which is typical for nail salons especially in this area. Definitely will not come back here I had the worst experience. read more

i really liked this nail salon...it was on the way home from work for me and i used to love coming here to pamper myself. About a week ago i came in and desperately needed my acrylic off (they don't provide acrylic as a service) and wanted a regular mani because i was having an allergic reaction to it...the women at the door told me it would be 10$ to take it off. even though most places are 5$ or 6$ i agreed and Sat down. the women used the power drill for about 10 minutes to take them off and then told me my nails where too thin to fully take them off even though i told her i was having an allergic reaction to them. I'm thinking maybe she shouldn't of used the drill and just let me soak? also the going rate is 1$ per minute of drilling off acrylic....My nail beds where on fire even the day after from the terrible work that was done. I'm not a pro in the nail field so i let it go even though my allergic reaction hasn't healed. the women who did my nails walked me over to the nail drying station and then walked away to sit on her phone? No massage? i understand I'm paying for your time. i get it! but today's visit was just overpriced for poor service and now i will have to pay yet another salon to actually take the acrylic off. This place is the WORST. i went there on a friday and my nail chipped not even 12 hours later !!!! ( AND IT WAS GEL) they re did the whole thing saturday and come sunday 3 nails chipped and a whole nail CAME OFF ! and the workers there and rude and disrespectful!!!! don't ever go there if your looking for gel. the best nail salon! you should definitely make an appointment before going in because they are busy but they do not rush you at all. i get powder gel and my nails have never chipped even going onto week 4 when powder is only supposed to last 2/3 weeks top. very clean, the employees are so sweet the place is amazing !!! read more

have tried other nail salons and always end up back here. my manicure always seems to last longer, no matter what type i have ( gel, regular, powder gel right now). the techs here never feel rushed. i always have a relaximg experience maybe that is why the manicures last longer. read more
