This is a family run business and they treat it as such they do not overbook. I never have to wait for extended periods of time and the experience is never rushed. They listen closely to exactly what you want and I get dip powder and it lasts for three weeks with zero issues. It is a no-frills salon, but you get exactly what you ask for.
