I don't know why people are putting bad reviews here, but I have always went there since 2021. This is the only nail salon i will go to. anytime i call they can always get me in times that work for me. anytime i go they can do any design and set i would want. everyone is nice and friendly. this is the place i always refer people to every time they say they love my nails and would want to go where i go. read more

A good friend of mine recommended this nail salon and I trust her judgement so I went ahead. Let's talk about the pedicure... Probably one of the worse I've ever had, the young lady doing the pedicure seem to not want to. She never greeted me, never asked what color I wanted, nothing. She was very uninterested . She was watching something on her phone and payed way more attention to that than my pedicure. She keep scraping the back of my calf with the scrubber. She was just very aggressive and I'm not sure why. She didn't use any base coat, the polish was very splotchy. I guess they don't have dryers so she used a quick dry spray which I think was a part of making the polish look so poor. $18 is about average for a pedicure but this pedicure was lacking a lot. No hot towel, no massage chair, nothing! Just very rushed! Now for the nails... I've been looking for a particular color for a while and I was so happy they had it. The color and shape were perfect, a little thicker than I'm use to but they grew on me. However now a week later, the color has already faded (color acrylic) and is already cracking and growing out.. I gave 3 stars because I really like the nails when they were done. $55 for the new set then there was a service fee for using a card which there's nothing posted or mentioned about the charge... All in all I'll be going back to my old place.. Thought I would try something new but I know better! read more

So I was so happy Diamond Nail Salon when I called could take me right away! Unfortunately, the young lady who did my pedicure wasn't in the mood.. No good morning, eye contact or anything! The funny part is the young lady went straight to the pedicure chair sat down. Never said please pick your color meaning nail polish color. So I'm thinking to myself pick your color so you can get your pedicure that was much needed. With that said, the girl manicurist (Ms. Don't know how to mind her business) that was sitting behind me. While I was trying to pick out the color I wanted. Felt like she had to tell me Ms. she's waiting. Meaning, the young lady "who was in a bad mood" that's doing my pedicure is waiting for you... Not only that the girl doing my pedicure never asked if I wanted a specialty pedicure. Which I would've like to have! Just half stepping to get the customer's little $20 and get the customer out as fast as you can. She didn't want to put a base coat before the polish, the color I chose was a dark purple. Which stains the nails something you learn in manicuring 101!!! The young lady said no when I asked her if they put a base coat on 1st. Which was not true so whatever she put on my toes as a base coat was poor quality or whatever. Now 2 of my toes the toe polish have completely come off. And now I noticed a hint of green around the side cuticle area on my toes!!!! Now I'm concerned about it being a fungus!!!!!!!!!! Because of health reason's I can not afford to have an infection such as a fungus! I guess you get what you pay for.... The girl couldn't even put the pedicure flip flops on the right feet ( see the pictures I took). I would like to encourage the young people of our future to change your attitude and how you look at the world. If you don't it's going to do alot of damage to the business and the owner. My college student's who I teach would not be allowed to move forward. If there's a display of attitude, unprofessionalism and inmaturity!!!! Would I go back NO! I got my nails done on 12/15. The person at the front was nice and sat me down with my nail tech. She was not friendly at all- very low spoken (whenever she did talk to me). She constantly picked up her phone to text or put on a movie/show on the phone, it's unprofessional. I felt like she didn't care enough to pay attention to my nails. When it came to choosing a color they only had about 1/4 of the samples available for me to actually pick. Why even bother showing me all the samples? I asked for ombré, my nail tech had someone else explain to me that she doesn't know how to do that. Cool, no problem but a nail tech behind me suggested gel polish which I said no to (twice) since it tends to chip because I wash my hands a lot. I settled for the same color on my nails, no ombré. After leaving I noticed my thumb was super uneven! Actually looked like a horn and she couldn't see that to fix it so I had to tell her where to file down. I got no lotion or cuticle oil like I have at other salons, she did ask if I wanted lotion and pointed to where it is. I asked if this would last me because my manicures usually last me 3-4 weeks, they said yes. I only asked because the way she set my color was with a UV light, which to my understanding was for gel, which I had said no to. 7 days later I had chips on my nails and had to go somewhere else to get another manicure. You get what you pay for I guess. read more

I had a gift certificate my friend gave me so I used it b4 I went to Florida. I got my eye lashes done which came out really nice but when I made my appt for my lash fill in she was a no show and no phone call so I called to reschedule and mind you i drive 25min everytime I drive there . so this is the next available which was Sunday. still nobody was at the shop. that was the last straw for me . Savanah was very unprofessional and I will never waste my time going bk there again. read more

I went to an appointment to get a gel manicure with a simple nail design. First off you walk in and the person at the front desk has her head down and watching her phone with headphones on. Barely greeted me. Had me sit down and wait for 15 mins even though I had an appointment. When its my turn to go and get my nails done the tech is arguing with the front desk chick because of overbooking appointments, doesn't greet me and has a sour face the whole time she's filing my nails which makes it so awkward. Also the tech has her headphones on and is watching something on her phone. I then get moved to another techs table where the girl (she looked super super young and I am pretty sure she was new and they were testing her out.) processed to do a pretty ok job with the color and design. This new tech also has headphones on the whole time. Doesn't clean my cuticles doesn't file my nails properly just adds oil and says ok your done. I walked out so upset. Once I can see the nails in the sunlight I notice all these little hangnails under my nails. Had to go home and file my own nails. Just an unpleasant experience all around. I support a good business but this one failed !!!! This is a nail salon I usually go to , I always refer people here . They do nails good . So 2 days ago I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set . My pedicure was suppose to start at 6 and full set at 6:30 . I arrived at 5:50 . They rushed me to do my nails first and said pedicure after . I completed my full set . They then tell me I can only pay cash . I've BEEEN PAYING CARD EVERY TIME I GO !!!! Then they said I can't get a pedicure, there's no one there that can do it . Yet I had an appointment !!!!! I have a flight for tomorrow & now I'm literally stuck !!! After calling someone to bring my cash the lady says she will do the card payment for me . I had to legit wait 15 mins struggling to get someone to bring me cash for you to then decide to do the card payment !! It's sad that I'm always advertising and getting people to come to this nail salon and the service I received was beyond poor tonight . If you only accept cash now ? This nail salon is not only the most beautiful looking and cleanest salon I have even been to, the staff is very friendly and caring. They are able to do any type of nails, including specialized designs and they keep up with all of the most popular trends. They are also able to do anything simple and classic as well. They take their time and make sure you're completely satisfied before you leave. The prices cannot be beat. The salon is also super safe and keeps up with all COVID guidelines and restrictions. I've been to many places in the last 20 years of doing my nails regularly and they are by far the BEST. I asked for a basic manicure and nail polish which should cost no more than $20 and I was told that it would be $60. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and was talking to me like I was an idiot. I do not recommend it would never go here they overcharge and have horrible customer service. She was incredibly nasty and tried to tell me that because I want to get gel on my natural nails it would be $60 never in my life have I seen gel cost $60 on a short nail. read more

This salon is an absolute scam everybody who works there including the owner is completely unprofessional. I took my 16-year-old daughter there to get her nails done. She called before she went and got pricing. She was told that a full set was $35 with regular polish and 45 if it was gel. Which isn't even correct. It is supposed to be 25 for full set with regular polish and 35 with gel polish. When she got to her appointment she told Stephanie she wanted a full set and french manicure with regular polish.Stephanie decided by her self to use light pink acrylic color on my daughters nails and not tell her and then charge her $65. Used regular white nail polish to put the white tip on which was clumpy, the nail itself was poorly filed and shaped and way too thick. Stephanie took the drill and it looks like chipped some out just from the tip trying to make them look less thick which was an epic fail..looks like a child did this set not a licensed professional. I picked up my daughter and she told me what happened and I went into the salon to talk to the owner Savannah ,who gave me the run around, double talking and honestly not even making sense I'm sure to even herself. Trying to tell me saying a full set isn't enough you have to say a regular full set and if one of their employees go to use some thing you're supposed to be questioning them to make sure that they are doing the right thing because when you say a full set and they are going to use the more expensive product because that's just what they do there unless you specify you don't want them to. Which expensive product my ass ...look it up on amazon that product is cheap..tell it to someone else..you are just dishonest and took advantage of a young girl because she was by herself..so you hustled a kid..WOW!!! So many bad reviews how you are still in business is amazing. The owner is very nice and professional. She keeps the flow of the salon going and apologized constantly when they ran behind time. She does my sisters nails and always does an AMAZING JOB and the place is so beautiful and girly inside and out ! HOWEVER!!!!!! Cindy who does UV -- BIG NO GO! Homegirl does not know what she's doing she is truthfully wasting her time in the salon. First off her station is a mess! It is so untidy with nail polish everywhere, on the chairs, table top, drills and the nail polish was even on her and all over her white pants including on her behind. Just SLOPPY! While all the other stations were neat, clean and inviting. Now for the real reason why Cindy gets ZERO stars. I went in for a UV Gel full set with tips. She applied the gel to my nails all at one time which if you are familiar with the uv gel technique it's applied and cured one finger at a time to prevent the gel from running. She then put my hands under the uv gel light for literally 30 seconds. I told her the nails were not cured and will need to go back under the light - she swore they were good and she's been doing this for "awhile". SURPRISE SURPRISE my nails were not cured when she started to file and shape. I looked down at my phone to text my sister about the experience and she literally tried to hide the fact that there wasn't even enough gel on my nails and more than half of the tips were showing. I mean my nails were bendable, which obviously meant there was no coverage. When I finally noticed she said oh this is how it's done. You clean, shape and add more gel to it - like no, you already put my hands under the light. Used the alcohol, filed and shaped the "nails" that's just backwards. & it's not like it was just one nail - I mean every last finger. At this point I was pissed off and demanded her take off all the "work" she thought she was doing. She tried to reassure me that - this is how it's done. To furthers validate my point - when she started to take off the nails I got upset b/c she was even doing that wrong. I popped them off like they were 3 month old nails. Now if I allowed her to finish and went on about my day my nails would of fell off probably right after leaving. Uv Gel is one of if not the only nail building product that is the hardest to remove once done properly. To conclude, I left the salon with gel still on my fingers - and I drove from out of state for that garbage! GIRLS I've been getting UV Gel tips for over 10 years and this is NOT HOW IT IS DONE! She needs to go back to school to properly learn how to do nails or the owner needs to let her go. This is bad for business!!! I will never return nor recommend Cindy for your cosmetic beauty needs . read more
