Dennis and Ron are consummate professionals who executed our event seamlessly. From the beginning, they were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The inclusive nature of the venue made wedding planning relatively stress free - we just needed to handle the cake and photographer. The food, florals, DJ, decor, etc. were all handled through Beiger - and they were all fantastic. The food was definitely a highlight for our guests! Dennis did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. The mansion is stunning inside and out, which made for amazing photos and ambiance. You can tell how much thought was put into the appearance of every room. Members of our family and bridal party stayed there for a few days and loved it. It was such a beautiful place to start our marriage. Dennis and Ron were so delightful to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any event -- especially a wedding!

It's homey, but it has amazing character; the owners- Ron and Dennis- have created such a beautifully designed inn with antiques, historical pieces and artwork. The breakfasts were sumptuous and filling, and the rooms were so uniquely designed. Each one was different and looked like something out of the Victorian era. Our room was quite large, with a sitting area, large bathroom with a standalone tub and shower, and a cozy fireplace. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend the Beiger. At this point I'm panicking - begging her to tell me if she won't come through so I can have a backup plan, as my alter for wedding was dependent on these additional pieces - so I call, no answer. She messages me at 9pm saying she was busy with appointments and has too much going on, but rest assured my pillars will be delivered as she won't ruin my big day, talking as if they will be on Tuesday before she leaves town. No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. Do not let the few good reviews fool you, as she can and will stoop this low and does not care about ruining your event. Its time to hire some people to help you with your business if you're "too busy" to run it. You should be ashamed of yourself. Don't think I won't find away to make it known on all platforms how pitiful this business is by blocking me - I will find a way. ;)

My budget was $4000, which isn't extravagant, but in South Bend, when I am providing my own linens and chargers and even candleholders, should get me what I envisioned. Fast forward to the planning meeting. The designer suggests putting this here, and that there. Everything looks great. All the while, I keep reminding her of my budget and she assures me everything will be wonderful. Two weeks later, I receive her design proposal which was OVER DOUBLE my budget. They also wanted to charge me $2000 solely for set up!! Although she fixed the proposal to be more within budget, the proposed decor and flowers were very plain, completely lacking in any wow factor. As a result of this, I ended up going with merryme events. Cher was able to give me my vision within my budget. It goes without saying that any wedding could be breathtaking if money was no object. However, the mark of a good florist and designer is making a beautiful space within a designated budget. They missed the mark completely. I did apply the $300 for uplighting at my wedding which was fine.

michaelangelos really knows what theyre doing …read more... they do a great job of communicating with you at every phase of the event planning, and the execution is spot-on. i particularly appreciated that they both designed/created elements based on our conversations, and also worked with what we brought them (e.g., items wed ordered from etsy), so it was easy to be pretty free to go with the flow as ideas hit you. one of my fav things, though, was that they were able to do things like string up decorations (something ive never done in my life. im scared of heights + bad at math, so its a miracle i even figured out how to order enough of the papel picado .... ), and they were also able to devise a way to drape a fabric that went with our bright color scheme over the curtains that were in the venue windows (which were a bright red thanskgiving/christmas-like pattern that looked like they were from the 70s (even my husband noticed them/thought they were terrible, and hes color-blind and sartorially-challenged)) to mask them. fantastic mix of professional and artistic -- i think theyre great to work with both if you know more or less what you want and need help executing it, and also if youre a blank canvas :)
