I was madly searching for a custom cupcake/cookie shop in the Sacramento area in March, and because I had a tight timeline, a number of the shops I called couldn't take my order. I was almost going to give up, but then I found Sweet Expressions Desserts. I called and Kiiki immediately picked up. She was driving, and told me she would call me back within the hour. She called back within 25 minutes! The ordering process was very easy and smooth. She gave very clear instructions about the artwork format, and once I sent it over she confirmed the order right away along with the delivery information. On the day of the delivery, she texted me to let me know that my order is on its way to be delivered. She even sent photos, which was a really nice touch. I was blown away -- they looked so good! Then I got another text after it was delivered. I didn't have to worry about whether the cupcakes made it to the recipient. Those cupcakes I ordered were for a client, and our client sent a heartfelt thank you for the cupcakes and mentioned that the whole team loved them.
