Payments were consistently late, and it became a regular issue rather than a one-time situation. There was even a time when an entire month went by without receiving any payment, while I was still expected to continue working. When I would reach out about payment, I was often ignored or given excuses that pushed the payment back even further. It felt like the hard work and time employees put in was not being valued, and at times it felt like employees were being taken advantage of. I hope this improves moving forward, because employees deserve to be paid on time, respected, and properly communicated with.
