When you get there you get in line, but this is no Chipotle (no shade on Chipotle). While you are in line, one of the staff will ask you what you want to drink and will bring it to you so this makes the line much more bearable - and we enjoyed the unique cocktails. Also, while you're on line you can people-watch, take in the cool decor, and decide from the enticing menu. Also, while you're on line, one of the staff will find out how many are in your party so they can start strategizing about where to seat you so you don't have to worry about scrambling for a table. When you get to the front, you order, and they give you a number and they seat you. The line can be long, but it moves, and as I mentioned, you may have a cocktail in your hand to help you get through it. Now to the food. It's a fusion of Asian and Mexican food, very unique offerings. The trouble will be deciding what to have so I recommend sharing if you're there with somebody else so you can try a lot of things. We had the peanut tomato curry with chicken, the spicy fried chicken, the side salad, and the pièce de résistance, which was the carnitas sandwich. When you get there get in line and they will come get your drink order and give you a menu, then you get to the register and place your order and they will take you to a table. The service was spot on and attentive but not over done. There is also a great drink, beer and mocktail menu that has tasty beverages! Very family friendly with a great kids menu and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome little booths and great places to have conversation. We very much enjoyed Spork!

Five dishes ordered and promptly delivered by Door Dash - all good. - Tots: very nice, comes with two dipping sauces, both tasty. - Vegan chicken bi-bim-bop (#3): I've never had fake chicken until now and it works about as well as fake beef (Beyond, Impossible). Which is to say, quite passable. Beyond the fake chicken, the dish itself is very good. Bop sauce (in a separate tub) is tasty if a touch sweet. - Chinese cabbage salad: Excellent. I could eat this all day. - Bop dog: a Korean-inspired corn dog. The epitome of fusion, I guess. Pretty good with a nice panko coating. If you like corn dogs, you'll probably like it. - Beef bi-bim-bop (#1): Excellent. Well seasoned beef with very well done veggies and soft-boiled egg, including kim chi. The wide assortment of northern Thai dishes featuring local proteins was absolutely incredible and vibrant flavors were wildly delectable in every bite. There is a great bartender with tremendous beverage offerings complemented by a beautiful space adorned by roses. This was indeed well worth our stop.
