This place used to be so good, but over the last 6 months every time I've ordered they've forgotten at least 1/4 of the ingredients every time. The photos clearly show basil on both the pad si ew and crispy garlic chicken, but neither have had it the last 3 times I've ordered. I'd recommend Thai O over them read more

The Tom Kha was terrible. The broth is too sweet, and has a sort of cardboard aftertaste. And it's made in the microwave. Pretty sure this is something from a pouch, not what I expect when I shell out for elevated food truck prices. read more

I had a way better experience at this location recently! The woman working was super friendly and nice. Our food was finished quickly and was delicious! I got the Crispy Garlic Chicken and it was out of this world. My friend tried all their appetizers, as well as the milk tea and loved everything! I hate to leave such a bad review but wish we had read the others before we tried it out. We had the pad thai and spring rolls. The pad thai was not appetizing at all with too much sauce and unlike any pad thai noodles that we have ever had. We ordered the veggie spring rolls but found that there was pork in them when we bit into them. Definitely room for improvement. read more

I have been wanting Asian food all of this week, so when I saw Baitong on Wheels I was extremely reassured. I ordered the chicken pad thai and thai milk tea which were both really really good. I usually don't write bad reviews for restaurants, especially food trucks, because people work hard for little compensation. But if there were a "disgusting" rating, it would apply here. Went to the Bai Ton food truck in Redmond OR, for some take out, wasted my money, and hopefully won't get sick. I placed an order then noticed - above what appears to be a grill on the back wall - that the exhaust fan was thick - and I mean clumpy thick with brown grease and assorted lint. The health dept really needs to take a look at it and give warning for license removal if they don't do some serious cleaning. I ordered a fried tofu appetizer - cooked to death and tasteless. Obviously I've never chewed a sneaker sole, but now I know what to expect. I threw it out. The curry was standard out of the can with some coconut milk and a few pieces of chicken and potatoes. But the rice it came with was TAN. It reminded me a little of the filthy fan. It was clumpy, mushy and wet. It tasted and looked like it'd been scraped around in the cooker for at least 2 days. Another trashcan donation. To top it off the cook was seriously unfriendly and it appeared he wished to be anywhere other than this truck. The only times the word "thanks" was heard, was from my lips. Avoid this place like the plague - and I don't use that word without some forethought. read more

Gave this location 3 tries before I finally felt disgusted about going there. The cooks have messed up my pad thai orders each time. Once it had TOO much sauce it was inedible. Another time, noodles weren't even cooked. Third time the tofu was like chewing jerky. The Bend location is much better, but of course, Noi Thai itself tops them both. read more

I tried to pineapple shrimp fried rice, the flavors were on point but the portion was quite small ! I also got the chicken pot stickers 5 each.I was shocked that I was charged $25 for these 2 small items even though I love the flavor of the food there's no way I will be able to go back at those prices I think I was overcharged! I'm gonna have to go back and see what their prices are exactly before I do assume that I was overcharged. read more

If you happen upon the wonderful food park in Tumalo, Baitong on wheels is a must. Pineapple fried rice is 10/10. Super fresh, big shrimp served with cilantro, lime, cucumber and tomato. I'm gonna be craving this long after I leave Tumalo. read more
