First time at this location. They have a great selection of pre prepared baked goods and warm snacks you can order. Most are in the self serve area. The refrigerated section has more delicate items. Everything I ordered was delicious. They also make coffee and fruit drinks. The only issue I have was the time. The place was not that busy, but it took forever to get my lemonade drink.

Overall Sweet Hut was solid and totally fine for a casual bakery stop, but it didn't feel like a must visit. The selection was decent, service was good, and it was still fairly busy on a Saturday night. Selection The variety felt pretty evenly split: * About 50% savory breads * About 50% sweet baked goods And within the sweet side, roughly half of that looked cake related (so around 25% of the total selection was cakes). The cakes looked nice and well presented. Taste and Quality An Atlanta native told us this used to be one of the best spots around 12 years ago, but now this style of Chinese bakery is more common, so it doesn't stand out as much anymore and the quality may have shifted over time. Still, there were some fun options. We bought a taro pastry that looked interesting and decent (excited to try it). The pineapple bread also looked good, but we didn't end up buying it. Price and Value Pricing felt a bit overpriced for a Chinese bakery, with small cakes around $4 each. That said, it's not outrageous and felt on par with other Chinese bakeries I've seen in Washington state. Service and Atmosphere Service was good, and the space was lively. A small detail we appreciated: there was ice water available in the lobby seating area, which was convenient and thoughtful. Would we return? Maybe, especially if we're nearby and want a bakery option with both savory and sweet choices. Not a top tier standout, but a solid stop.

This place has so many amazing treats, I find myself back here whenever I visit Duluth. The selection of bakery items is possibly one of the biggest I've seen...and high in quality as well. Given that, I hate to give them anything less than 5 stars...BUT, I have noticed a few things on my past few visits. First of all, if you go here after 6:30 pm, it can sometimes feel like you're at a zoo. There are a ton of people in line, waiting for drinks, etc.etc. I felt that they could have used another staff member or two. The wait for the drinks were way too long. Also, the place was a mess. They needed a staff member to go around busing the tables. In short, if you go earlier in the day, you'll have a much better experience. However, things are a bit messy later on in the day. With all that said, I still love this place...and their pastry selection. I had their Lychee Mascarpone again, and it was just heavenly! By now, I've tried quite a variety of items...and I don't think I've had anything less than delicious!

The baked goods/pastries are great! Their boba tea is pretty average. The quality control of the boba could be better as the boba tasted overcooked. We also ordered the chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken, which were just okay.

This is a large Asian bakery + sandwich shop with open concept setting and seating area. They have large selections of delicious, fluffy, milky, creamy, and fresh made pastries. Service was very efficient. But seating area can use a bit more cleaning, since not every customer has the courtesy to clean after themselves. Price is reasonable , comparable to similar shops in the nearby area. Located in a large shopping center so parking is definitely not an issue. Do recommend .

I like the variety of sweet and savory bun options. Not all flavors will be available.. there were quite a few empty spots. Inflation is definitely real as prices seems to have gone up. I really wanted to try the egg tarts as there was a buy 5 get 1 free deal but they only had 1 flavor out and I wanted to try the other ones so had to skip. The pastries look beautiful but the line was super long. Would give yourself ample time if you plan to stop as it's not a quick stop

The presentation and atmosphere is out the world beautiful. These deserts are a full body experience. I love trying new things.

Stopped by this cute bakery and was impressed by all the different snacks and pastries--they all looked so good, I couldn't decide what to pick! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of seating, which made it a nice spot to relax. We ended up getting a variety of things to try, and everything was delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Very spacious cafe with more pastry selections than its Doraville counterpart. I got a large iced Vietnamese coffee. The flavor was there. But i guess if you get less ice, you don't get 1/3 of the container. So is half of this filled with ice??? Maybe at this point, I should just learn how to make it in my own.

Sw It used to be one of my favorite bakeries in and around Metro Atlanta, but having visited the BufordHwy store, this one at the Duluth is not as good as that cafe both in ambience and the cakes. Food: The cake slices/ mousse were not up to the mark to begin with. So we tried out our most favorite, Tiramisu cup and it was absolutely bland. No sweet or no coffee taste either, just bland. The Hazelnut Nutella Mousse was just out of the world in my opinion. The Strawberry Yogurt was just okay. Got Blackforest slice for Togo and hope it tastes good. Service & Atmosphere: Although the service was fast during the checkout for cake slices, I did see a long line for getting hot savories after they have placed their order. The cafe was dark and could have been lit better with bright lightings like the Buford Hwy cafe. Felt like sitting inside a Hookah bar and didn't seem family friendly incase you are with kids/ infants. There were food particles on the table, couch and some straw wrappers all around the place table we sat and my adjacent ones. Could have been cleaned and maintained well in my opinion. The cafe had a very nice smell though. BOTTOMLINE: If you really like this place then it's up to you, but incase if you want to try this franchise, I would recommend the one in the Buford Hwy cafe. Food is decent but the ambience could be a whole lot better. MY PICKS FOR YOU: Hazelnut Nutella Mousse

The boba at sweet tea is great and I love the crème brule milk tea with boba and the mango green tea with lychee jelly! Both were amazing and I go back regularly. Sweet hut is such a cute place with an amazing atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was pretty quick. It does get crowded on the weekend and takes a bit to get your food or drinks on the weekend. A few months ago they had surprise cups with boba plush keychains and panda plushies that were adorable and we collected a few of them!

Sweet hut has good pastry and Chinese buns. This is a big place with nice sitting area and cakes

I like the interior of the cafe as it reminds me a bit of Stylenanda in Korea (pink!). I can't speak on the drinks, only the pastries and cakes, and yeah, they're good! Probably shouldn't leave any pastries with fruit longer than a few hours since it'll get soggy though. We had a few birthdays to celebrate, and Confections was the go-to choice to for a lot of people this year. Not too sweet cream with fruit and fluffy cake, it was perfect for many in our group. The only cake I would not recommend that I've tried would be the Dubai chocolate cake. Not only is it more expensive, it's smaller than the other offered cakes. As a cake, it doesn't quite match up to Dubai chocolate strawberry cups that you can get elsewhere. The kunafa loses its crispiness being sandwiched between cake, and there isn't much pistachio flavor. I would've expected pistachio cream, but there really wasn't any on this cake. There are more strawberries on the strawberry cream cake, which fair, makes sense, but the Dubai cake wasn't as amazing as it sounded. Just tall. Good thing we had another cake from Confections that day since it was a joint birthday.

We walked into a small, straightforward space where what stood out immediately was the variety of pastries and baked goods lined up throughout the counter. The setup felt more like a grab-and-go spot, but there were enough interesting items that it made sense to slow down and actually look through what they offered. The main draw here is the bread selection. We spotted items like milk bread, pineapple buns, mochi-based pastries, and savory breads such as pork floss buns, all of which felt freshly made and rotated quickly depending on the day. The milk bread in particular stood out for its soft texture and rich flavor, while the sweeter items leaned more subtle rather than overly sugary. It was the kind of place where we ended up picking a few different things because it was hard to settle on just one. There were also a few refrigerated and specialty items like tarts and filled pastries, which added a bit more variety beyond the standard bakery selection. Some items felt more premium than others, and pricing varied depending on what we picked, but the overall focus was clearly on soft breads and Asian-style baked goods rather than desserts or café-style sweets. The atmosphere was simple and functional since it was inside a supermarket food court area. It was not really designed for sitting and lingering, but the space was clean and organized enough to quickly browse and make a selection. Service was straightforward, and in some cases we were able to sample items before buying, which helped when deciding between different breads. Overall, Shokku Bakery is a solid stop if you are already in the area and want fresh Japanese-style baked goods. It is not a destination bakery in terms of ambiance, but the quality of the breads and variety of options make it worth visiting for a quick pick-up, especially if you enjoy soft milk bread and classic Asian bakery items.
