I had some tears in my car's leather seats so I had this company perform the repairs. Fransisco comes to your house, picks up the seat cushions (he takes them out himself) and then returns them and reinstalls them. First the pros: the repairs are like it never even happened (see attached photos). It is convenient that he comes to your house, you don't have to take it to a shop. Fransisco is very reasonable with price and is very easy to work with. Cons: He was late in when he came to pick up the seats. The window was 11-3 and he showed up at 4. Had I known he was running late I would've been able to do some things as opposed to waiting at the house for him. When he did show up he couldn't take one of my seats because his van was too full, so he had to come back the following day anyway. When removing a seat Fransico broke a bracket cover, but was very ok with deducting the replacement cost ($20) from the bill. He also flipped a bolt around with the seat belt, causing the belt to twist and be uncomfortable to use. He fixed all these things, but it would have been nice if they hadn't needed fixing in the first place. Thus the deduction of a star.

He easily could have told me I needed a service visit, and I would've had no way of knowing otherwise since this isn't my area of expertise, but instead he was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. It turned out something was simply unplugged under my chair. Once I plugged it back in, the headrest worked perfectly. The leg recliner still has some issues, but Steve even suggested that I could just use it as a regular chair instead of pushing for a paid repair. While my family and I stayed in a hotel in Dallas, my third-row seat was stolen from my Yukon. I called around to find a replacement and was told by an auto repair guy at Sewell GMC (a huge thanks to him as well) that this shop might have what I was looking for. I checked out the site, decided to shoot an email to their sales team, and got a quick response. After I found out they could order my seat, I called and was able to proceed with my transaction. Garrett was the guy I spoke with and he made everything so simple. He even asked the president of his company if I could use one of their generic seats to drive back to Houston because he knew I had my children with me. He took care of my seat, shipping, and even a lock in the same transaction. When I went to pick up my loaner seat, everyone was very friendly. Garrett showed me how to install my seat and the lock as well. There was even a crib in the front for customers with babies. This place had nothing but men working when I went, so I was definitely blown away when I saw how family-friendly this business was. I hate that I had to even deal with such a crazy transaction, but I felt a lot better after dealing with such a caring company. These guys get 10 stars in my book.

My original bottom drivers side seat cover split on the side of my 2022 F-250. Replaced with new…read morebottom leather cover and the Durofoam seat cushion. There were no exact match install videos but watched some for later model F-150's and it was the same. Installation was simple. Gently peeled off the seat heater and AC duct from the original cushion and used headliner spray glue to install both on new Durofoam cushion. Fit and match were perfect and the new Durofoam is way more comfortable than the OEM. Would recommend 100%. Don't be overly concerned with installing yourself as its really easy. Entire process took me about 45 min. and I had to figure everything out myself. I would recommend getting the new Durofoam as the OEM clips holding the seat cover on will most probably break and trying to fix those so you can reuse the OEM foam is not worth it!

Sure enough, the next day I picked it up and it looked just like new - no ripples! Magee's (Rays) price was fair and the time it took was prompt.
