They had a great compact set-up, provided their own easy up and only required an extension cord to get the party started. I believe Andrea even asked my wife about our color scheme so they could match it with the table cover they used for their station (little details we really appreciate and shows their attention to detail). Communication was seemless and my wife never had any issues getting in contact with Andrea. The syrups and house cream were delicious!! Myself and several guests came back for round 2 lol. My wife and I were going to hire Hula Tang Hawaiian Shave Ice for our party, but they were unavailable for the day we needed. My wife found Bluebanana Hawaiian Shave Ice and we did not look back. As for flavors, we went 5 dozen classic Chocolate Chip, 2 dozen Brookies, 2 dozen Strawberry Shortcake, and 2 dozen Kitchen Sink. The chocolate chip cookies is a classic traditional chocolate chip. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds for a ooey gooey experience. The Brookie is 1/2 chocolate chip cookie and 1/2 brownie. It's decadent but not too sweet. The strawberry shortcake tastes exactly like it says. Her shortcake mixture on top is everything. This is a strawberry lovers dream. The kitchen sink is one of my personal favorites. It has salted pretzels, different kinds of chocolate chips, it can have m&ms. It gives you some sweet , some salty, some texture. Just an amazing cookie all around. This week I tried Apple Cider Cinnrolls, Pumpkin Cold Brew, Brown Butter Spiced Oatmeal Cookies, and Caramel Apple Corn. We were so excited to try it, we cracked one of the Cold Brews open in the truck. I love that the coffee is not really sweet and still tastes like coffee. It has a subtle sweetness, super creamy, and you can taste the pumpkin and cinnamon. You have to try her cold brew! The caramel apple corn is on the sweeter side. It's chewy and has a strong caramel flavor. The apple flavor is a little more subtle and not really noticeable but still delicious. If love oatmeal cookies that have a true brown butter and spice flavor you'll love her brown butter spiced oatmeal cookies. I could warm these and crumble them on some vanilla ice cream. They're moist, have a nice texture, and packed with flavor. Remember this is a home bakery. The ambiance gives a very comforting and warming feeling. The owner is the sweetest.
