Keya, my esthetician, was thorough -- gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn't even want to touch it (lol). I'll be honest about why this meant so much: I'd had a facial here before with a different person that wasn't a good experience, and I'd left a detailed review about it.
