I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. They also have a beautiful, quiet relaxation room where you can unwind before and after your services. Peyton offered me a complimentary drink and gave me some option. They charge 40 if you come on time and 50 if after but either way still cheaper and still way more convenient as far as travel time from Birmingham compared to others like European wax. Also the place is very clean and serene. Not any complaints in that department.
