She is professional, responsible, trustworthy and most importantly she has a genuine, heartfelt love of animals. Sweet Paws Pet Sitting has been caring for my cat whenever I'm away over the past 3 years. The service has been very reliable, and they are very detail oriented. I can't thank Simona enough for taking care of my kitten! I was gone for five days and she kept emailing me everyday with details and photos. First her consultation was very helpful. During her visits she emailed me with details on what she did during her visit to my kitten Lilly. She also helped with an extra visit without an extra charge. My dog and cat love her (my dog runs to the door and gets VERY excited when he senses her coming down the hall), and she always takes such amazing care of them. Sweet Paws is a great pet sitting service. I am super anxious when I am away from my cats, in particularly a cat I have had for a long time who needs medication. Sweet Paws took such great care of him and kept me informed of every important detail. At one point, they suggested he may need vet care and with my approval, given the signs he was demonstrating, they took him to his vet. The vet told me it was a very good thing that he came in. Sweet Paws even stayed at the vet for awhile to ensure he was okay. If you want the best care for your pets and if you want to feel confident that your pets are loved and safe - Sweet Paws is great.
